Title: Solve Your Anxiety

Philippians 4:6-7 '6. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7. Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, may be found in your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. will keep you' - Amen.

Heaven is a place where there is no worry, only joy and gratitude. However, as long as we live on this earth, no one is free from worries after they have sinned. But when Jesus came, now to those who have faith,
Matthew 6:34 He said, “.. do not worry about tomorrow..” The text Philippians 4:6 urges us not to ‘be anxious about anything…’ (1 Peter 5:7). How can you let go of your worries?

1. Throw away the root cause of your worries
.
The people of God are expressed as Hebrews (Exodus 9:1'..Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews..), and it is the name given to the descendants of Abraham, who came from Ur of the Chaldeans, the idol city, to 'cross the Euphrates' river. . Israel was a nomadic people, pitching tents and moving around according to God's guidance, usually with light loads.

There is a saying that ‘the lighter the luggage, the farther the traveler’.
Hebrews 12:1 “Therefore, putting off every burden and the sin that so easily entangles us, let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”

Most of the things we worry about are probably the phenomenon that happens when we have a lot of regrets in the world. The saints are those who discover and wait for the treasure of heaven, which is more glorious than the world.

If you pray and gain faith, you will be able to experience the miracle of enjoying the joy of your life of faith with peace of mind.

2. The Solution to Anxiety Is Prayer, Not Will
.
Positivists force you to let go of your worries and be happy with yourself. To criticize positive thinking and philosophy of laughter, theologically, this is an Arminian sm (Arminianism) way of thinking, which attempts to handle work with human will. No matter how effective it may seem, it is not a fundamentally religious method of overcoming anxiety. The master of positive thinking, R.H. Schuller, is doomed. In fact, even worries and troubles are given by God.

Isaiah 45:7 “I form light and create darkness; I form peace and create tribulation; I am the LORD, the doer of all these things.”
While trying to avoid the hardships that come to me, I lose the precious things that God really wants to give. When you are in a position to suffer, you must endure well.

In verse 6 of the text, it says, “Do not be anxious, but by prayer and supplication... make it known to God.” Then, in verse 7, Philippians 4:7 says, “...the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

There is no other blessing than a heart and thoughts in peace.
God said in Ephesians 3:20, “He who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think..” We must believe that the one who will sustain our hearts is the God who made our hearts. The conditions we see in the world may disappear even for a moment or we may betray, but God never forsakes us.

Today, the churches of the Korean church have nice buildings, but because of the debts of each church, those who know the situation are uneasy about the church life itself. So, it is not one or two places where members of some churches are leaving and their chapels are auctioned off.

All of these things happened while thinking of the church with a human mind and trying to overcome the worries I had made on my own. Today's church problem is that we absolutely do not have enough time to pray to God. Worship also ends on Sunday morning, so what skill will you use to conquer the world? I want you and me to be me and all of you who, through prayer, entrust your problems to the Lord and seek peace.
