Restore the blessings of the week!
God has given the fathers on this earth the four spiritual powers.
First, the blessing. It is the authority to bless children with the word of God.
Second, it is the right to speak. It is the authority to teach the word of God to children.
Third, the right to discipline. It is the authority to nurture and discipline children with the word of God.
Fourth, it is the right to transmit the faith. It is to leave a legacy to the children of the godly faith of the father. I bless you in the name of the Lord that you will fulfill this mission.
Example) A family that turns blessing into unhappiness
Joseph Kennedy was the man who made the Kennedys a family by making money from alcohol trafficking and the Hollywood movie business. What is important is how long the reputation and tradition of a prestigious family will continue. Today's text Matthew 12:1-8 records the argument between Jesus and the Pharisees about the Sabbath.
Verse 1: “At that time, while Jesus was going through the wheat fields on the sabbath, the disciples were hungry, and they cut and ate the gleaning.”

In the early church, instead of the Sabbath, the first day after the Sabbath, or Sunday, was spent. The purpose of the Sabbath is to remember God the Creator. (Exodus 20:11) It is also to remember the God who saved you from slavery (Deuteronomy 5:15).
