He said that God is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living. The Apostle Paul testifies in the text from a negative standpoint about people's attitudes about the resurrection. If there is no resurrection, it will remain as the greatest hoax of Christianity in human history. Also, those who believed in Jesus and were martyred will be the most pitiful.
The Church celebrates Easter because of the great significance the resurrection of Jesus gives us.
Events that prove that Jesus is the Christ
The event in which Jesus is most clearly revealed as the Son of God is the Resurrection. Because, through the history of mankind, Jesus is the first time that a man died and was resurrected. No one in human history has died and has been resurrected. There were people who died and woke up again, but that is not resurrection. It was dead and revived, and they lived for a while and then died again. Resurrection is the resurrection of a body that never dies, an eternal body. Jesus was the first to be resurrected like this.
Guarantee of Our Resurrection
The primordial misfortune of human beings is that they do not live long and die of old age. So, since ancient times, humans have dreamed of longevity and immortality and dream of resurrection. It was for this reason that the Egyptians built pyramids and mummified them, and Hinduism's idea of reincarnation came from this desire. However, only Christianity has the true idea of resurrection. And the sure guarantee of the Christian's resurrection is the resurrection of Jesus.
The risen Lord lives in us now.
Because the risen Christ lives in us now, we have infinite hope and blessings. Because whoever I am, now everything about Jesus can be mine.
Jesus is not the Savior of the dead, He is the Savior of the living.
Victory Life with the faith of resurrection!!
I hope you look forward to a bright tomorrow.
