Introduction

: The Great Tribulation takes place in the last days, just before the end of the world.

During that time, a quarter of all mankind on this earth will be annihilated due to war, famine, epidemic, hunger, and starvation. However, this is only the beginning. Then comes a period that can only be called the Great Tribulation.

An important question is whether there is any hope for people to be saved during the great tribulation period. What is the way? have. Countless multitudes will appear.

One). They and their companions (9-12)

2). Their identity (13-14)

3). Their role (15-17)

1. They and their associates (9-12)

One). their origin (9)

They are people from all nations, tribes, peoples, and people with different languages.

“A great crowd that no one can count” There will be countless people who will return to Christ during the Great Tribulation.

This is glorious news.

* It means that the greatest revival in history will occur during the time of the Great Tribulation on this earth.

(Matthew 8:11, Romans 10:13, 1 Tim 2:4, Revelation 5:9, 7:9, 14:4-5, 19:6-7)

2). Their glorious status (9-10)

① They stand before the throne of God and the Lamb (Lord Jesus Christ). (The most glorious privilege)

* Drawn near to God and Christ, to see you face to face, to be glorified with Himself,

To know all the riches and essence of Christ.

② They are wearing white clothes.

* By the righteousness of Christ, we are cleansed and free from all corruption.

* It means that they have been made perfect and stand perfect before God.

* The white robe is a sign of righteousness, set free from sin, shame, and shame; victory over sin, death, and judgment;

It is a sign of becoming a part of the world and living forever in the sight of God.

③ They hold palm branches in their hands.

* The palm branch is a symbol of celebration, victory, victory, salvation, and joy.

* They celebrate their victory, salvation, and joy in Christ.

④ They praise their salvation.

* “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb” (10)

* Praise them because God saved them from the great tribulation, gave them the ability to endure to the end, accepted them, gave them the special authority to be with them, and made them perfect forever.

(John 3:16, Romans 6:23, 8:32, 2 Corinthians 9:15, Ephesians 2:8, Titus 2:11-12, Hebrews 13:15, 1 Peter 2:9)

3). Their glorious companions (11-12)

This is the image of all the people standing before the throne of God with countless crowds.

It is a figure of various beings standing in a circle in front of the throne of God.

① The outer circle is made up of angels. They surround the throne.

② Then the 24 elders stand.

③ Then, four living creatures stand in each of the four directions from the center of the throne.

④ Finally, a multitude of believers are standing face to face on the throne of God and of the Lamb.

When the multitudes were praising God for God's great salvation, the rest of the heavenly beings bowed their faces before the throne and worshiped God.

Because of God’s ① blessing, ② glory, ③ wisdom, ④ all gifts,

⑤ for his majesty, ⑥ for the power of God, ⑦ for his strong and mighty power. (Hebrews 13:15, 1 Pet 2:9, 1 Corinthians 6:20, Colossians 1:12, 3:15, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, Psalm 9:11, 67:3)

2. Their identity (13-14)

When John was stunned by the sights and praises unfolding from heaven, he was at a loss for words and stood like a stone, trying to wake him up.

An elder stains John with who the crowd is. (13-14)

“My lord, you know” The elder John is witnessing “these are those who come out of the great tribulation”

do. As something that has not yet happened, God is showing John a vision of things to come.

One). They are believers who came out of the Great Tribulation.

A great crowd that no one can count, that is, millions of believers, will die in a genocide during the Great Tribulation. (They are not on earth, but in heaven, slain by the Antichrist.)

Bible record ①Daniel: Daniel 12:1, ②Christ: Matthew 24:21~22, ③Paul: 2 Thessalonians 2:3~4, ④John: Revelation 13:7, 15,

The point: The fact is that in the time of the great tribulation, the government of the Antichrist will launch an all-out attack on Christ and his followers. (The same may be true of other religions.)

2). They are the ones who will wash their clothes white in the blood of the Lamb. (14)

The garments of all beings in heaven are white, being washed and cleansed without the stain of sin, evil, or corruption.

It shows perfect righteousness without sin.

Important: No person in the world can be innocent, righteous, perfect, pure, or innocent. (Corruption)

3. Their role (15-17)

One). Their role: They continue to serve God day and night. (15)

The temple refers to the kingdom of God, the very presence of God. It means that you can go directly to the presence of God anytime, anywhere.

① The believers will be so perfect that they will never need to sleep when weary, weary, or weary.

② Those who believe, God will serve God.

(Matthew 19:28, 25:23, Luke 12:42-44, 19:17, 19, Romans 8:17, 2 Tim 2:12, 1 Corinthians 6:2-3, Revelation 1:5, 5:10)

2). There are blessings and happiness they received. (15-16)

① You will spend eternity with God (presence).

② All physical needs will be met.

③ You will be protected.

④ All spiritual needs will be satisfied.

⑤ Receive God's guidance and guidance for them.

⑥ All tears will be washed away from your eyes.

(Matthew 5:6, John 4:14, John 6:35, 14:1~3, 2 Corinthians 4:17, 2 Tim 4:8, 1 Pet 1:3-4, 4:12-13, 5:7, Rev. 21:4, Isa 49:10)
