Title Saint's Priority
Contents
God is the Creator who created life and He is the ruler of all life and death and happiness.
1 Samuel 2:6- “God is the One who kills and gives life to our lives, who brings us down to Sheol, and who brings us up from there. (Sheol- underground, Hades)
Because the life of all people on this earth is in the hands of the Creator God, if God allows, we can plan for the future and see tomorrow, but if God does not allow our days, we have no choice but to return to the dust. is a fragile existence that does not exist.
God called Israel out of many nations through angels and prophets to protect and guide all people in the world, and then led them. Our sins have been forgiven, and now those whose sins are forgiven by the blood of Jesus are led by God the Holy Spirit Himself. (Romans 8:26-27)
▣ Jesus, who came as the Lord of salvation, is to all people who long for eternal life.
“Eternal life is to know the only true God and Jesus whom he has sent.” He said, "All those who long for eternal life should know the only true God and Jesus whom he sent."
▣ Adam and Eve, the ancestors of mankind, who had to live an eternal spiritual life, lost their life to live with God because of their greed in their hearts. He sent Jesus to this earth to shed His blood on the cross to give life.
The wisdom and knowledge of the world are directed toward fulfilling the lusts and lusts of the flesh, leading to committing acts that are hostile to God.
▣ What is the wisdom and life that God has given us through Jesus?
It is a holy blessing that allows you to know God as the Creator, Jesus as the Lord of salvation, and the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of God, so that you can write your name in God's book of life and live as a child of God.
When a person learns and realizes something, he does not stop at what he has learned and realized, but when he applies it to his life and puts it into practice, it is valuable and blessed.
God wants His holy people to be united in their belief and knowledge of the Son of God, and to achieve perfect love and reach the stature of the stature of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).
▣ Everyone in the world lives two lives: the spiritual life and the physical life.
There is a spiritual life led by God, a physical life led by the world, a life born of God, a life as an unbeliever, what you eat, drink, wear, and live for the kingdom of God and its righteousness There is life.
▣ God has given the destiny of having two births to all who are born in sin.
▶ The first is a physical birth, which is a birth born with the flesh and blood of parents
▶ The second is spiritual birth, and there is a birth born of the blood and flesh of Jesus, the word and truth (John 1:12).
The rich man in Luke 16 gives birth to a spiritual birth that leads to death through a bountiful physical birth.
Lazarus the beggar is a successful man who went from an unhappy physical birth to a happy spiritual birth.
▣ Those born into the world have the physical name given to them by their parents and call the world's name,
▣ Those born of God are called saints, believers, children of God, people of heaven, and people of spirit.
In John 3, Jesus told Nicodemus that the kingdom of God is a gift given to those who are born again as children of God through spiritual birth, not physical birth.
▣ What does it mean to be born again?
“Reborn from above.” has a meaning.
All people who live in the world through physical birth do not want to be born again, but live in pursuit of endless desires of the flesh.
Desire is not a bad thing because it is an instinct for survival.
▣ Then, what do you think is the greatest carnal desire of all people in the world?
▶ The first = will be the desire for food, clothing, and shelter to eat, drink and wear.
▶ Second = desire for physical and mental stability and health,
▶ The third = will be the desire for honor and power to be loved and accepted by others.
Most people would think that they would be happy if they fulfilled these carnal desires rather than trying to be born again. it should be for
Believers who have been reborn as children of God through Jesus must set priorities different from those of the Gentiles and live.
First, love God with all your body and mind.
In the words of God to His people who were set free from slavery to sin and went out into the wilderness,
Deuteronomy 6:5 - “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”
This is what God's people and children should give priority to in life.
Jesus also quoted this verse in Matthew 22:37 and said that the first priority in the lives of those who serve God is to love God with all their body and mind.
▣ How do people fulfill their duty as human beings and saints fulfill their duty to God as saints?
Don't confuse what to do first with what to do later.
The world's strife arises because of this.
The reason Adam and Eve passed on sin to all human beings is the result of not being able to distinguish between what should be done first and what should be done before God.
▣ What should Adam and Eve do first?
While obeying God's Word, he did not eat and drink from the fruit of good and evil, but he could not control the greed of the flesh and went against the order God had set, so he passed on sin along with the inheritance of the flesh to all human beings.
▣ Jesus is also in the text
“Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” He said, “If you keep the order and order of life that God has ordained for you, He will grant you everything necessary for life when you live in this world.” is what you are saying you will.
Just as if we put the first button on correctly, the button goes on right through to the end, but if we put the wrong button on the first time, our clothes will be crooked. Even if it does, I will not turn away.
In order to receive God's love and blessings this year, I hope that you will follow the priorities of serving God with all your body, mind and character, and with all your might.
Second, the priority of the saints is to live in hope of heaven.
Although God testified to the world through his Son, he said that the kingdom of heaven belongs to those who invade with all their will, wisdom, body, mind, and strength (Matthew 11:12).
The text also says, “Seek the kingdom first.” He says, “We yearn for heaven” with the will that God has given to us. This means that you must have the conditions to go to heaven.
The condition to go to heaven is to live a life centered on the Word of God.
Matthew 22:14 - “Jesus, many are called, but few are chosen.” You said.
▣ Saints, Gentiles, and anyone who lives on this earth seeks and finds the necessary conditions for food, clothing, and shelter, and this fact is no exception to believers. However, we should always remember that the human body was not created to be eternal, but the soul was created to live forever in two places as a result of the physical life.
Jesus said in Matthew 16:27, “The Son of Man will come in the glory of the Father with his angels, and at that time will he repay each one according to what he has done.” He said that the saints who should live forever should live with a certain heart and mind before God.
▣ Everyone is running toward death the moment they are born. (Hebrews 9:27)
In the end, remember that the kingdom of heaven that God will give to His people and children is a gift from God that will be given as a result of living in our bodies, and we will live a life that does our best for God and the church, who sets and counts the days of our lives. Hope you buy it.
Third, the priority of believers is to live while practicing what God says is right.
The word God has given to the world is God's standard standard and mirror by which He judges the world and judges life after presenting a righteous life to all those born in sin.
Among the Ten Commandments God gave through Moses, 1-4 are the standards for those who serve God, while 5-10 are the commandments that all human beings who have parents, children, brothers and neighbors must follow.
▣ The words God has given to the world are the words that God's people and children who have been born again can keep if they believe in God and have faith to trust Him, and they are commandments that can be put into practice.
Proverbs 19:16-, “He who keeps the commandments keeps his soul, but he who does not keep the commandments will die.”
▣ What is a person who lives forever and who receives blessings and curses during his lifetime?
It consists in obedience to God's Word with pure will and disobedience.
} God says in Psalm 91:14-16, “The one who loves God and obeys and keeps His Word will be exalted by God, and prayers will be answered, and he will be with him in times of trouble to deliver him and glorify him. You promised.
Many people today keep their finite physical priorities, but they live their lives ignoring the eternal and infinite spiritual priorities.
All of the members of Hanmaeum Church, I pray that you will be happy with God's happiness by keeping your spiritual priorities in order to be healthy and to be healthy this year.
