Title Satan's Tactical Strategy/Ezra 4:1~6
Description Satan's tactical strategy/Ezra 4:1~6
Key Verse: “Zerubbabel, Jeshua, and other chieftains of Israel said, “Our God is building the house, and you have nothing to do with us. We will build it alone to the Lord, the God of Israel, as Cyrus king of Persia commanded us” (3). section)
Verse: Satan is looking for someone to devour, like a roaring lion, to overthrow the believers, if possible. They use strategy and tactics. What is your strategy? A general and detailed plan for achieving the purpose of war, such as a preparation plan, mobilization organization, etc.
What are your tactics? It refers to the method or technique of performing an operation. Today's text is about Satan's tactics and strategies. Let's take a look at what tactical strategies are trying to knock us down.
First, I like to mix. In the text, we see a Samaritan who opposes the rebuilding of the temple. In 722 B.C., Northern Israel was destroyed by Assyria. The forced migration policy of the people was enforced by Esarhaddon, and the people of Northern Israel almost lost their bloodline purity by intermarrying with a foreigner. In addition, the Samaritans completely lost the purity of their faith because they worshiped idols.
In such a state, the Samaritans demanded that they participate in the rebuilding of the temple, which had nothing to do with their faith, but when they were not accepted, they held a grudge and launched a plan to obstruct the rebuilding of the temple. Behind it, of course, was Satan. Satan likes to mix. By mixing God and foreign gods, justice and injustice, the church and the world culture, they pollute the original fundamentals and purity.
Second, it divides the mind. I should only look at the Lord, but I make you look at the Lord. what do you mean? It means to make us look at the Lord and also look at money, fame, and pleasure. Let's look at the characteristics of students who can't study. When I sit at my desk and study math, I think of English, and when I study English, I think of the Korean language. What if Satan tempts the saints?
We have to remember that there is only one church we have to serve, but we make them move around like migratory birds. It must be remembered that it is also Satan's tactical strategy to create divisions within the church. A synonym for concentration is abandonment.
In order to focus on God, we just have to give up all the evil things that create a gap with God. If you give up, you can get it. ‘Selah’ in the Psalms is not read. When you see ‘selah’ in parentheses, it means ‘rest for a while’ for a new leap, rather than going straight to the next paragraph. Likewise, it takes time to focus a divided mind. What time is it? Time to pray.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, grant me the refreshment to overcome Satan's tactical strategy. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
