Seize the opportunity / Ecclesiastes 3:1-10
The most important thing in planning for the new year after the eventful year of 2005 is to take advantage of that opportunity as an opportunity. We would like to share grace with the evangelist by examining how to seize opportunities that the evangelist teaches us.
1. In all things, there is a time for everything. Just as everything in the world has a deadline and every purpose has a time to be fulfilled, so does our faith and life management.
Just as sowing at any time does not yield any fruit, whatever we do, we must discern the time well so that we do not toil in vain. A new year doesn't necessarily mean living under a new plan.
You shouldn't even put aside the work that you haven't done in the past year. It is only through seeking God's providence and waiting for grace and salvation. Because all the deadlines are in the hands of God.
2. It should save time. This is because the amount of time that God has given to everyone in life is only enough to fulfill their responsibilities if they cultivate it well.
A person who spares no time wastes time on unnecessary things and cannot be faithful to his life. When you save time, you can read the Word and meditate on it and pray. By saving time, you can do more for the Lord.
3. We must be faithful to our current affairs. Seizing opportunity well goes hand in hand with being faithful to the things you are doing right now. Things of the past or future have meaning only to those who are faithful in the present.
If we cling to the past, there will be no progress, and if we only cling to the future, there will be no fruitfulness. When you do what you have to do now, you can look forward to tomorrow. Find what you need to do now and work diligently.
Those who make the best use of opportunities are those who save time. Saving time can help you succeed in life. The only way to save time is to make the most of the same amount of time to do your best in the present.
Even if you use the past as a foundation, you do not use it as an index of success. Because it faithfully foretells the future in the present. Resolving to take the opportunity again is more important than regretting the things you didn't seize during the past year.
Dear saints, The saints are to glorify God's name by realizing the opportunities God has given them and using them well. Although planning for the new year is important, I pray in the name of the Lord that you will be faithful today and become a person after God's heart.
