Title: Volunteer 3 - To my neighbor
Contents:
Many Christians think that serving God is the end of it. However, those who truly serve God should not spare service to their neighbors. In the text, a lawyer came to Jesus and asked Jesus two questions.
The first one asked Jesus to test him, <verse 25, "Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?> The second, to show myself as righteous, <verse 29"... then who is my neighbor ?> This lawyer had knowledge He seemed to be a great enemy and morally great, but he did not even realize the problem he knew and was full of hypocrisy and hypocrisy.
The lawyers, priests, and Levites in the text are people who are said to be moral men in the world, and can be thought of as many leaders and books that lead religion and life. Rather, they became those who were wounded by robbers and drove the poor man who cried out on the brink of death into further frustration, disappointment, and discouragement. Today, there are many cases in which wrong Christians are unable to become neighbors and drive them into discouragement. After all, they are nothing but things that cannot even achieve their own salvation. Only Esu, despised and despised, saves us and shows us that he is our comforter.
1. Who is your neighbor?
These are the people who need help.
Giving what I have to those who don't I share my talents with those in need. It is to share the grace and blessings I have received.
2. How will you serve?
You should pay attention.
The greatest service to our neighbors is to take care of them. A little concern for those in need can be a big help.
You have to make sacrifices.
Even a small sacrifice, not a huge sacrifice, is a great benefit for those in need. Mark 2:1-12 You can see the sacrifice and concern of neighbors for the paralytic.
3. Who has been your true neighbor?
Samaritan.
He is a practitioner.
It is only living with a good heart toward our neighbors.
Believers should always have a good heart toward their neighbors as they love the Lord.
Who is waiting for my little service today and needs it?
What should I pay attention to today?
Today I am small, but what will I sacrifice?
