Title Shalom Column 1-2
Contents
This year, I started writing a column.
We want to share the vision of our church and set a direction together.
I hope that it will be of great help to you as you go hand in hand with the Lord's guidance.^^
“2004 - Vision Training Shalom Together...” (2004. 1. 4. / No. 1)
A new year has come to everyone.
However, everyone is having a different New Year.
Unlike other people, I am starting the new year in my own way.
So I pray. May the Lord help me live up to this year's vision...
And I pray. Ask me to share that vision with all the saints...
At the beginning of the new year, we have a worship service at 00:00
This has probably always been my New Year's Eve celebration.
Again in 2004, we started the year by worshiping before God at 0 o'clock.
So I pray. God who has trained me so far, I pray that you will continue to train me this year as well.
And I pray. I ask that all the saints receive that training too...
Most of us don't celebrate the new year once or twice.
But every year is welcoming a different new year.
2004 also came to me as a year with a special meaning, unlike other years.
So I pray. May the Lord give me the experience of shalom in abundance...
And I pray. Please let me share that shalom with all the saints...
“Facing change and preparing…” (2004. 1. 11. / No. 2)
“Can people really change?”
Some people take the above question very seriously. And he says he's skeptical. Changing someone who is already an adult might be that difficult, or perhaps even impossible. According to data from the United States, a person spends the rest of his life with the values set before the age of 14.
When they reach a certain age, most people try to live their lives without seeking further change. This is because change can be both inconvenient and risky. But our future time never leaves us alone. We are constantly stimulating our lives by making changes in any environment.
In the end, will the future be actively prepared for us to face changes, or we will entrust our lives to the flow of time that is completely unpredictable, and we are either irresponsible in thinking 'how will things go' or hoping for good luck? They are sending reminders to decide whether to live with an aura.
In front of the great proposition “People are bound to change!”
If so, how about living the rest of your life with a vision that will change your future life with greater shalom even through training? As he wills, together, slowly, savoring the joy...
