Title Song of Joy (Song 06:11-14)
Description The bride and groom go to the East again and go to Hodo Garden. The Hodo Garden is a symbol of the church, and it is a place where Christ, the bridegroom, and the saints, the bride, communicate in love. Verse 11 says, “When I went down to Hodo Garden to see the green vegetation of the valley, to see whether the vines and the pomegranates had blossomed.”
1. To Hodo Garden (1) I tried to see the green vegetation of the valley. It refers to the young grass that grows along the stream in early spring and refers to the first-born. In the garden of the Lord, such young plants are also growing. (2) He tried to see the vine eyes and pomegranate flowers in the garden. The vine is hunger and the sterility is our saints. The fruit will also run on its new sprout. Therefore, we must be a true tree that bears fruit. Please think deeply about the Lord who is looking for the fruits of this time.
3. Go to the high places Verse 13 says, “Return and return, woman of Shulammite, return and return, so that we may also see you.” The text speaks of a Shulammite woman being led in the midst of a chariot. The Shulammite woman pleads with Solomon to return to the midst of the precious chariot. This is the voice of the Lord telling the Lord to come back to the Lord in order to rescue those who belong to the spirit when they fall into the temptations of the world. The Lord who loves us always wants to call us and protect us.
