Title Struggle for Mission
Struggle for the mission 2005-05-25
Our lives pass quickly like the wind. no practice When time passes, even if you ask for that opportunity, they won't give it to you. Whatever the task, we must not forget that the one entrusted to us is the Lord. One day, the Lord will surely call you, and you have to be thankful for your current position. However, today, there are people who live a life of turmoil, living according to the filth of the flesh, acting as enemies of complaints and resentment without gratitude. One day he will strip all these things away and make them stand out in the light of the Day of Judgment. How will you handle it?
Why did the Lord call us and put us in that place? Are you burning with that mission to the point of risking your life? The harvest is white and there is much to harvest, and the Lord has entrusted us with various missions, but the Lord is suffering so much because we are not able to bear it. One day God will show clearly how sad he is. How would the Lord feel when those who were called to be joy in His heart became sorrow in their hearts? What will the Lord think when we forget the grace of salvation that rescued us from the brink of life and come to worship only with our bodies, entangled in lust and strife without a mission, holy deeds, or thanksgiving?
Go back to the good saints and try to understand the heart of the Lord. Suffering is what we meet when we try to live our goals in spite of a lot of resistance. It was not only a great apostle like Paul who had such suffering. It was the same suffering that every sincere believer at that time suffered the same. Although they seem weak like straw, God gave them grace, expecting that they will be able to live by their mission in any corner of the world. And he gave them all grace, environment, health, and resources so that they could handle it well.
However, he does not use the many resources of grace given to him, the many blessings of this earth, to fulfill his mission. When the heart that has received grace is corrupted, the mission is abandoned, and a carnal life is lived, God is very sad. In the end, he becomes a useless person and becomes “dead with no one to care for”. The struggle to be fought must be in the hearts of the saints.
Even though the Lord has given you grace, what would the Lord's heart be like when you live shaking like people who have never received that grace? The example the Lord showed us was that He died on the cross, obedience to the point of death. He gave his life on the cross because he valued his mission. That is the life of Jesus. In the Gospel of John, Jesus' nickname is Faithful Witness. Because he saw people everywhere who needed you, and he felt deeply that he had to devote his own blood to it, so he lived with it.
Are you a blessed person? Have you ever trembled with a desperate earnestness that this mission must be accomplished? Otherwise, the life of prayer is disappearing. The earnest prayer that breaks the heart is not something only great men of faith can do. It is a prayer that can not be accomplished alone by carrying out one's mission, so that one has no choice but to rely on the Lord. The reason we cannot pray like this and have our faith remain is because we avoid suffering. Just as even a single fruit can contain good nutrients when it endures the fight against the environment, so Christians must also struggle with struggles and struggles. The essence of the Christian life is spiritual warfare, and that status is like a fighting soldier. Living in this world as a pilgrim, fighting countless times. A life without war is a life of corruption. I hope you will return to the place the Lord gave you and become true saints who fight there. 2005-05-25
