Title Successful Social Life/Colossians 3:22-25
1. Be a faithful servant.
In Matthew 24:45, Jesus said, “Be a faithful and wise servant.” The Apostle Paul also said in 1 Corinthians 4:2, “What shall we ask of those entrusted with is loyalty. Only those who are loyal in any social life or any work life can be trusted and praised by superiors. For a successful social life, one must first be diligent and zealous to become a loyal servant. All the great people who have moved the history of mankind have been diligent and zealous people. Jesus rebuked the lazy servant as an “evil servant” (Matthew 25:26).
The text also says, “Servants, obey your masters of the flesh in all things, not blindfolded like those who please men, but in a sincere heart in the fear of the Lord” (verse 22). When the master pretends to be good only when he sees it, don't blindfold him, and when he works hard and diligently, whether the master sees it or not, whether he recognizes it or not, he is recognized by the master and God blesses him. No matter how big or small it is, when you work diligently, when you are loyal, when you are successful, when you are blessed, there will come a day when you are blessed. A person who spends only a moderate amount of time blindfolded cannot succeed. King David was also diligent and faithful. Peter, Moses, Elijah, and others all had extraordinary zeal and diligence. Be loyal to your work. Be faithful in the smallest things, in the great things, and in the things of others. Be faithful in your work, be faithful in God's work, and be faithful in God's house.
2. Be truthful.
Christians should do anything with sincerity in the fear of God.
In particular, be truthful in your use of substances
Titus 2:10 says, “Do not eat apart, but exercise good faithfulness, so that in all things the teachings of God our Savior may shine forth.” Unjustly plundering or stealing the owner's property will eventually lead to ruin. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . There must be honesty and sincerity that never steals even if you entrust a package of uncounted money.
And you have to be true to what you say.
Jesus said in John 8:44 that the father of lies is the devil. Also in Proverbs 12:22, it says, “False lips are an abomination to the LORD, but he who walks in truth is pleased with him.” The day will come when a person who is honest and sincere, even if he seems foolish and foolish, will be recognized and blessed by God to succeed. For example, if the person who manufactures goods truly does it, if they make and supply goods of good quality, easy to use, and cheap, if they do sincere products and honest management, they will surely succeed. Also, if you have entrusted a secret to the owner, you must not reveal the secret even if you die. Threatening or accusing you of revealing a secret is worse than going in with a knife and taking it.
Furthermore, the interests of the owner must be pursued.
3. Develop yourself.
