Sermons for Preaching

Title Taeshinja Movement/Titus 1:3

In his own time, he manifested his word through evangelism, which he entrusted to me as commanded by God our Savior.

Jesus was passing through the village of Jericho. The rumors about Jesus spread so much that people began to flock to hear about him and to see him. The crowd was filled with anticipation that there might be something special, to be healed of sickness, to see the miracles of Jesus. At that time, Zacchaeus, the tax collector, also heard about Jesus. Zacchaeus could not join the queue to see Jesus because of his position, his status, or his personal relationships. But deep in his heart, a passion to see Jesus simmered. So I went out to see Jesus, but it was too crowded and too short to see. With a passion to see Jesus, he devised a scheme, ran as he was passing, and climbed up a sycamore tree to see Jesus. As Jesus was passing by, he saw Zacchaeus and told him to come down. Zacchaeus welcomed Jesus with joy. Zacchaeus met Jesus and was saved. (Luke 19:1-10)

However, in the last part of that verse, it is recorded, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10). The reason we conclude with these words is because when they saw Jesus meeting Zacchaeus the tax collector and entering his house, people began to talk and point their fingers at Jesus. Not only that, but through these words, the reason why Jesus came to this earth is clearly clarified. Jesus came to the low and low land to seek the lost. Jesus said in Mark 1:38, "Let's go to other nearby villages, and there we will preach there too, for this I have come." We must feel and realize the justification of evangelism through the life of Jesus that we saw earlier.

1. Interpretation of the Word

① His own time - "In his own time he revealed his word through evangelism."

First, Paul is talking about time. The time here is not a general time. Proverbs 3:1 says, “There is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.” Time refers to a decisive moment or opportunity as 'kairois'. 'Kairois' refers to the decisive time when God revealed the plan of salvation for mankind through the advent and life of his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. "Own time" is the time when God has ordained to do His work.

The Bible speaks of that time in many ways. Galatians 4:4 says, "When the time was fulfilled, God sent his Son, born of a woman." The time refers to the time of salvation. Because the time of salvation has come, God sent His only begotten Son to this earth.

Matthew 24:44 “Therefore, be ready, for the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect.” At that time, Jesus will ride on the clouds and suddenly come like a thief.

And 2 Corinthians 6:2 says, “For he said, ‘I heard you in the time of mercy, and I helped you in the day of salvation.

God does his work in his own time.

His time is the “time of grace,” which Jesus said is “the day of harvest.” The time God speaks of is the decisive period of God's plan of salvation. Now is the decisive time of God's salvation. It is the time of evangelism and the time of soul salvation. It is recorded as harvest time. It's time to prepare to go to heaven.

Example) Last Thursday, 46-year-old elder Kim Jong-nam of Anyang Central Church died.

I hope that you will do your best in the time of evangelism, the time of soul salvation, the harvest, and the time of preparation to go to heaven, that the Lord has given for us to become saints who accomplish the Lord's work.

② Demonstrating his word through evangelism

These are the words that testify what evangelism is. Evangelism is the manifestation of one's own words. That is, to spread the word of God, the word of the Bible. What does the Bible say?

The Word of Salvation (2 Timothy 3:15)

“And from your youth you have known the Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”

The Word of Truth (Ephesians 1:13)

“In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.”

The Word of Life (Philippians 2:16)

"To reveal the word of life, that I may have something to boast about in the day of Christ, that I run neither in vain nor toil in vain."

Words of Blessing (Matthew 5:1-12)

The Beatitudes Declaration, the blessing of healing the sick, the blessing of solving problems, the blessing of life

word of judgment

The Bible is the word that records the facts of judgment in the last days.

Evangelism is to preach the Word of God, namely, the word of salvation, the word of truth, the word of life, the word of blessing, and the word of judgment.

Furthermore, evangelism is to reveal the Word, Jesus Christ.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (John 1:1) “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father. full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).

That is, the Word is Jesus Christ.

Therefore, to say that evangelism expresses the Word is to express Jesus. You have to say Jesus. He is the Redeemer, He is the Life, He is the Judge, and whoever believes in Him will be saved. Be a saint that boasts, reveals, and shows Jesus.

③ Evangelism is a command from God.

Jesus came from this earth to preach the gospel. Mark 1:38 says, "Let's go to other nearby villages, and I will preach there as well, for this reason I have come." He came to preach the gospel in this land after receiving God's command. Therefore, in the same words as the last testament, Jesus

Acts 1:8 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Mark 16:15 "And he said, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

He is commanding us to preach the gospel. We need to be reminded again that the last word Jesus commanded after leaving this earth was “evangelism.”

Evangelism is God's command, and Jesus' command to follow that command. What is a command? It must be followed and followed. You must obey the orders of your parents, and you must obey the orders of the captain. It is our life to obey the orders of the courts, and we must obey the orders of the police. You must follow the orders of the tax office. People at work must obey their supervisor's orders. Jesus, our Lord, commanded evangelism. This is a command of absolute obedience. It is a command to be followed and regarded as life. Because Jesus is our Captain.

I hope that you will become a believer who absolutely obeys the Lord's absolute command, 'evangelism', the word of his will.

④ What you entrusted to me

God's command of evangelism is given to me at this time.

This was not entrusted to Paul alone, but entrusted to me. Therefore, we must take on this responsibility.

2. Taeshin Movement

Through the relationship between Paul and Timothy and between Paul and Titus, we are thinking about one way of evangelism, and through this evangelism movement, we want to fulfill God's will and carry out God's commands. This is a fetal movement.

In Titus 1:4 and 1 Timothy 1:2, Timothy and Titus were called the true sons in the faith. That is, they were called 'true sons' by evangelizing them and raising them with deep affection. Why do fetus exercise?

① The saints are the bride of Jesus

The Bible compares the relationship between the saints and Jesus to the bride and groom. Jesus is the bridegroom and the saints are compared to the bride. The parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25:1- is the parable of the bride and the saints waiting for the bridegroom Jesus. Song of Songs' love song is about the relationship between Jesus as the bridegroom and the saints as the bride or the church.

We received salvation through Jesus Christ. They were married to Jesus Christ, the bridegroom. It is natural for a married bride and groom to have children. It is unusual to not have

The movement to conceive a fetus is 'to make evangelists.' This is what believers who believe should naturally do. We have prayed for such a target before, but we are making it more concrete.

The legitimacy of the Taeshinja movement is that we are the bride of Jesus who accepted Jesus.

② God is pleased

To conceive a new born child is to please God. When their children get married, what parents want the most is 'grandchildren and grandchildren'. She loves her more than her own children. rejoice Some grandfathers say that after a few months after their children get married, they only look at their daughter-in-law's belly every day. That's what I'm waiting for and hoping for.

From the moment they conceived the 'offspring', the parents are full of joy.

To conceive a new born child is to please God. God wants His children to take an interest in dying souls, conceive them and evangelize them.

God said, "One soul is more precious than the world." He delights in one soul more than any material or worship. He said that it is the heart of the Lord to leave 99 sheep in the field and find one.

The Taeshinja movement is something that pleases God.

3. The method of fetal movement

① Determining the birth child - 3-5 people

my relatives -

My closest neighbor -

my friend-

Rejoice and rejoice in each other only in the world. Consider the fact that he will judge at the end of time.

② Prayer

Before the conception of the fetus, we must pray for it, and we pray to determine the fetus and pray for him every week. During the Wednesday prayer meeting, always have time to pray for the new born child. Every morning, before going to bed, I pray for Taeshin.

Husband, wife, children, hugging - you are in my hands. Stroking the child's head - you are in my hands. Rubbing my husband's shoulder - you're in my hands. Please continue to pray. (The couple's love is deepening, praying for them, and evangelizing)

When you meet an evangelist, make sure to shake hands and say, "I am praying for you." -You are in my hand.

③ toil and sweat

There must be hard work and sweat for the new born child. You need to call once a week, visit once a week, take care of good days, find them, and pay attention to them all the time. It takes sweat and hard work to conceive. “He who does not want to work must not eat,” he said.

"He who sows with tears reaps with joy," he said.

Those who want to reap without sowing are said to have a 'thief symbol'.

Please don't spare your sweat and effort for the new generation.

Letter - The church sends a letter for 52 weeks for the new born child. With your dedication, it is possible.

④ Prenatal education is important.

Pregnant mothers do prenatal education. During the prenatal exercise, we also need to practice prenatal education. We must live in the Word and live in prayer, and our words should always be as good as blessings such as 'faith' and 'Jesus', overflowing with hymns, and lead a godly, holy, and gracious life.

We gather all our strength through the Taeshinja movement. The saints who fill the altar prepared by the Lord with prayer and evangelism movement saying, 'I am in this hand' throughout the church.
