In a small town called Bethany, there lived three siblings who were very kind, trustworthy, and praised. Although they do not have parents, Jesus often came to Bethany because of how bright, cheerful, and kind they were. But for some reason Lazarus, the pillar of the house, fell ill and died. He invited Jesus and waited, but the Lord, who he knew would come quickly, did not come until he died and was buried. After the whole town had done business with tears, Jesus came. And the Lord found the tomb of Lazarus and raised Lazarus from the dead.
In verse 2, I was so thankful and happy for this event, so I invited my disciples to a thanksgiving feast for Jesus.
This home is a blessed and ideal home.
Because it is the family that Jesus often visited.
Even if you meet and serve the Lord only once in your life, you are blessed, but having the Lord often is a family blessed by God. I am so grateful that a high-ranking person and a precious person visited me just once. Whenever Jesus came to Bethany, he visited Lazarus' house. Because Jesus also had humanity, he often visited places where he was happy and did not perform miracles again in areas where Jesus was despised. We must become a family that seeks Jesus. When Jesus came to the wedding feast in Cana, a miraculous work appeared. I hope that you will do business with the family that has Jesus.
Everyone loved and loved Jesus.
Lazarus also loves Jesus, and Mary is a woman who wants to hear even the voice of Jesus. Martha liked Jesus so much that she studied cooking, and when Jesus came, she cooked special food and served Jesus. He loved Jesus so much that he was even rebuked for trying to treat him with joy and love. The Lord loved them very much. He said, “Those who love me will be loved by me.”
Every family member has a great experience of faith.
Maria: A woman who longs for the Word. The story of a loved one knows no time. He poured perfume on Jesus' head and washed Jesus' feet with his hair, showing faith in preparing for Jesus' burial.
Martha: A woman who served with her body. I came to meet Jesus in the midst of my brother's death. She is a woman who confessed her faith in the resurrection.
Lazarus: You can tell that Jesus was like a friend. It is the time that makes Jesus cry. This disease was for the glory of God. Many Jews came to believe in Jesus because of the life of Lazarus.
