Yeongam Church Prayer School (5) Obstacles to prayer (Matthew 6:14-15) Forgive your mistakes

The Lord said, "Forgive the faults of others, so that God will forgive your faults." said The negligence here refers to small mistakes and faults. Anyone who has ever worn rubber shoes knows why. If you wear wet rubber shoes, you will not only get squishy, but your feet will also become black with lines.

After the rubber shoes are dry, I come home to put them on, but I have to stop sometimes. A small stone went well into the shoe. It's a very small stone, so I ignore it and go with it, but it stabs me every time I move my foot. In the end, you have to stand up, take off your rubber shoes, pull out a stone, and then walk.

There is a big rock blocking our way. There are stone roots that make our feet stumble. But even the smallest stones in our shoes hinder our gait. If a large rock or stone root is a sin, a small stone in the shoe is a fruit. Even this small error hinders our step toward God. Even a small error is unacceptable in the sight of God who sees with the eyes of a flame.

Hospitals have clean rooms. It is a space that is completely blocked from entering even the smallest invisible germs. There is no truth in factories that make semiconductors. The tiny dust that we always ignore in our lives makes semiconductors defective. So, when entering the workplace, you have to dust off, wear dust-proof clothes, and enter the factory, which is a dust-free environment.

When you pray, you know the level of your faith. If you repent of your sins before God, you are the beginning of faith. However, if you feel sorry for not being able to serve God more, not serving more, not being more good, or not being more sincere, you are in the middle level. Through today's Word, the Lord tells us that even these small errors must be forgiven. He is saying that even your small fruits must not be overlooked and must be washed away.

There are conditions when our sins are forgiven.

Even sins as red as scarlet, God forgives those who repent and makes them as pure as snow and wool. How much less will he forgive us for our little mistakes? When we repent, all is forgiven. However, through today's Word, He spoke of conditions. We must tolerate the small mistakes, faults, and faults of others. Only then will God tolerate our small mistakes, errors, and transgressions. However, through today's Word, He spoke of conditions. We must tolerate the small mistakes, faults, and faults of others. Only then will God tolerate our small mistakes, errors, and transgressions.

Forgive us our sins as God has forgiven us - after speaking of the great sin, He says soon afterward that He forgives us our trespasses, just as we forgive the small trespasses of others. What you are saying is that you must tolerate the small faults, faults, and mistakes of others. The reason the Lord tells us to live with forgiveness for each other's small transgressions is because we are made perfect through small things.

There is a saying that there is a saying that It means that the sea does not tolerate even turbid water. The sea accepts clear water, but it also accepts turbid water. God also forgives our great sins and even our small transgressions. He is telling us to have a heart like the sea. I will forgive the big sin, so forgive the big sin too

God delays answering some prayers, but not all prayers. If your prayers are not answered for even one day, it is a sign that a disturbing sin has entered. The Lord said, "It is not that the Lord's hand is short, that it cannot save, nor his ear dull that it cannot hear; but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from hearing." four

59:1-2).

In the United States and many other countries, trains and buses have long wires running to transmit power or power from overhead lines to motors. Even if this line is within 2-3cm of the overhead line, power cannot be transmitted. Buses and trains just stay in one place. The people inside are singing, shouting, preaching, and having great meetings, but when they come out they are still where they started. A pack of cigarettes, a dirty book, envy, hatred, unforgivable and unclean habits, failure to visit hospitals and prisons, neglect to read the Bible - tens of thousands

Because of things--the spiritual communion of the Holy Spirit may be completely cut off and God may not hear your prayers.

Don't say that prayer is difficult or that God doesn't answer. "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my will. See if there is any evil (pain or sorrow) and lead me in the everlasting way" (Psalm 139).

:23-24).

If we read the Bible every hour of every day and read the Word of God, the Holy Spirit shows us the obstacles. ?o not let this book of the law (the Word of God) depart from your mouth, and meditate on it day and night, and observe and do all that is written in it. Then your way will be smooth, and you may prosper??(Joshua 1:8).

But even knowing all of this, you may not get a single answer for months or even years. Therefore, when our sins are revealed, we must confess to God, and no matter how evil they are, we call out each name by name, asking God to completely cleanse us and forgive us. Let sin not make a nest in our hearts

We should pray specifically, expressing our sincerity.

?f we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness??(1 John 1:9).

If you are bound by a sin that God already knows, and you mistakenly think that He will hear your prayers, wouldn't it be best to get down on your knees before our Lord and bargain with Him at this moment? Now let us point out some specific sins in which God is said to prevent His cry from being heard, no matter how faithful and passionate it may be. Among these you

What sins do you have?

1. Unforgiveness.

After our Lord has given us an example of prayer (Matt. 6:9-13), he tells us in very clear words what the greatest hindrance to prayer is. ?f you forgive men, your heavenly Father will also forgive you (and then the Lord repeats that word so that we may get the point); but if you do not forgive men, your Father will also forgive you. He will not forgive trespass??(Matthew 6:14-15). This is the biggest hindrance to prayer.

Now open the Bible and read the parable of a certain king who was about to make an account, so that you know how important it is that we do not hold grudges or forgive debts of only a few tens of won as our Lord canceled billions of won. .

2. Selfishness

?od, please bless me and my wife, my son and his wife only four people??is a common trend in prayer. The first recorded prayer in the Bible was also this form of selfishness. ?braham said, ?ord GOD, what will you give me? I am helpless??(Genesis 15:2a).

In Genesis 16, Abram takes Hagar, Sarai's maidservant, to answer his prayer. However, in Genesis 18, we find that Abraham (name changed) is drawing near to God and praying for others (Genesis 18:23-33).

Many wives want their husbands to be saved and have a more enjoyable family. This is another form of selfishness. Wives should pray for their husbands to be saved so that they do not dishonor God the Father by rejecting the salvation of God the Son (Jesus Christ). A call for revival can sometimes mean nothing but a church wanting to increase membership. But if we can no longer tolerate that God hates the secularization of our churches, we are on the road to revival.

Evangelist Dawson is speaking of a woman who came to him during a meeting and questioned whether God answered prayers. The reason is, "I prayed before my two sons were born, but none of them were saved." Dawson asked her to make a solemn promise to him. "I would suggest not to pray for your children for a month. Instead, pray for the children of other mothers." In less than thirty days after she accepted it, she saw her two children saved.

Here is truly the great principle of the secret of prayer. ?ou ask and do not receive, because you ask erroneously to spend it on your lusts??(James 4:3). ?ob prayed for his friends, and the Lord restored Job? plight and gave him twice as much as he had before??(Job 42:10). ?hy kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven??(Matthew 6:10).

3. Lack of Family Love

Many who become angels in front of people and demons in their homes do not understand why their prayers are not answered. Jealous, cynical, pointy, and complaining wives are startled when their prayers freeze to the ceiling and run down the back of their necks. Horrible and unholy things are being done in the name of marriage, and many consider the marriage certificate to be a deed for lust.

You need to give your whole marriage to God. "As Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, so you did good...and became his daughters. Recognize and honor the recipient, so that your prayers may not be hindered??(1 Peter 3:6-7).

4. stinginess

Paul was very happy that the Philippian church had financially shared with him. ?hen I was in Thessalonica, you sent me once and twice for my needs??(Philippians 4:16).

God made a great promise to this generous church that supported the missionary through prayer and finances. ?y God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus??(Philippians 4:19). God is a giver of great things (John 3:16), and he pours out the best blessings on those who are not eager to get anything into their hands. ?f someone has the goods of this world and sees his brother in need and blocks his heart to help, how can the love of God abide in him???(1 John 3:17).

When we give, the Lord really sees for a long time what we have left behind. How much did God leave behind when He gave His only begotten Son? Now, the objects to which John is giving God's wonderful promises are none other than those who give joyfully, those who have an open heart. ?hatever we ask, ask him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight??(1 John 3:22).

A stingy church that spends more money on self-maintenance than others, and individuals who value the difficult times ahead more than the worries of the present world will not receive God's blessing. How terrible it is to God when man disobeys God's common commandments! "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal" (Matthew 6:19).

5.Other Obstacles

Open your bible and read the other obstacles.

* Failure to thank God (Romans 1:21).

*Idols - to put wives or husbands or children or property or other things before God (Ezekiel 14:3).
