A title could be good! /Romans 5:1-6
The woman with the most cash in American history is Mrs. Hetty Green. In 1900, the average American earned $490 a year, but Green earned $7 million a year. It was more than 1400 times the money. If the average person has 500,000 won, this person has 700 million won. It's terrific. Heir to an enormous inheritance from his grandfather, the great wealth and the great wealth from marriage gave rise to such an income. However, he died in a small Boston apartment without giving away his large fortune to churches or welfare projects, leaving him with a fortune of $200 million ($240 million). After all, that money was dead money.
Just as there is dead money, there is dead grace and dead grace.
Even though Christians today have received tremendous grace from God and started a life of faith, they do not realize it and do not enjoy it.
If you do not enjoy the grace you have received, that grace is dead grace and lost grace.
There are many differences between Christians and people of other religions, but the special difference among them is that the first start of the Christian life of faith is in the midst of total or complete depravity, that is, in the midst of being under destruction, that is, in the 0% chance that I can become righteous and go to the glory of God. It begins with justification through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross, purely and freely by grace.
What kind of Christians are the wrong Christians?
If they believe in Christ, they do not realize that they are in the great grace of God, and they earnestly seek and seek grace with a general religious conception. Thank you for your donation. I served you, so please be healthy. I have done good, so please rest in peace. is the case. Grace is dead.
But what about true Christians?
First, because I was justified by the blood of Jesus Christ, and this was done purely by God's grace, I am now a person who lives by faith knowing that I am indebted to God. This is the beginning of a Christian. It doesn't happen after a while.
Second, because the grace I received from God is so great and thankful, or because I owe too much, I spend my life to please God, who gave me grace, glorify God, and devote my life to God.
Third, knowing that this wonderful grace is not only given to me, but to all people, I live by sharing this fact. We lavishly invest our bodies, materials, talents, and time for the gospel. Kwon Kwon I know works hard and does not spare himself. Of course, it's not enough because I have two strong sons, but even if Master Kwon doesn't work, he can take care of as many sons as he wants. To earn money and spend it for the gospel. You earn and spend very little of that money. Do you buy clothes? Do you perm your hair? Of course, you're not saving money for old age. They don't do anything except what is absolutely necessary, and almost donate. I work hard again after this week with the thought that it will be used to build the temple with my offerings, to be used for missionary work, to make tracts, to train district leaders, and to be used for the servants of the Lord who work hard for the gospel. you will do
True Christians are those who live in grace.
I tell you today that we are righteous. I would like to introduce the grace that is given by receiving God's grace and tell you how abundant that grace is. Let's recap what we introduced in the morning prayer meeting. I pray that those who know will be reminded once again and be filled with grace. For those who do not know, I pray that those who do not know will be awakened while listening and will be filled with grace.
1. I have enjoyed peace with God.
What does verse 1 say? "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
The words "Let us enjoy peace with God" means that we can enjoy peace with God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Then, what was our relationship with God like before we believed in the Lord Jesus, and did we find peace through faith? Knowing this, you will not be able to help but love and thank God.
Romans 5:10. ?쏤or when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son.??Saints! Let's go back to Genesis 3:24. "So God drove out the man, and placed cherubim (God's armies) and a fiery sword that turned every way to the east of the garden of Eden to guard the way to the tree of life."
By believing in Jesus and becoming righteous, we have peace with God.
2. I started to rejoice while looking at the glory of God.
Verse 2: ?쏛nd through him we also have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.??There are two kinds of wishes.
It is a wish that I wish to become one. In other words, I want to be rich. I hope you study well too. I want to be president too. There is no guarantee that this wish will come true. It's my wish. This may end up as just a wish or it may be as it is. But I can't predict.
Another is a guaranteed hope. There is a prince. He is guaranteed heir to the throne. If the father is rejected, the child will be rejected unless there is a special circumstance. So they rejoice because of their guaranteed hopes for the future.
If you believe in Jesus Christ, you have a sure guarantee. That is the entrance to the glory of God. Glory of God? What is it? It's an indescribable place. That place is heaven. This is definitely a guaranteed hope.
What is the grace of God that we enjoy on this earth because of this?
Seeing the glory of God and rejoicing. Even if we face tribulation, we can endure it as much as we can if we think about entering into the glory of God that will be given in the future. I'm rather happy. It is said that when Jacob worked for seven years with his maternal uncle Laban, he received a promise that he would give his beloved Rachel as his wife. Hard work, painful work, painful work, annoying work! I was able to overcome it with a happy heart. how? It was because he was able to take Rachel as his wife, a guaranteed hope for the future.
If there is an elementary school student passing by with a smile on the street, nine out of ten is the child whose mother promised to make pork cutlets when they get home. He doesn't cry when he falls and breaks his knee. Why? It makes me happy to think of the delicious things my mom would have made at home!
Christians do not weep because of suffering. It's hard and I don't groan. Don't be discouraged by failure. why? Because there is hope to enter the glory of God in the future!
Why are you crying, why are you sighing, why are you discouraged? Amazing grace is already in us!
Dear saints, do not let the grace given to you die.
Have peace with God. God! God! Call me. no father! Call me Father! And ask for help. Do not bow your head, look at the glory that will be given, and be happy This is a grace and a privilege bestowed upon us. This can only be enjoyed by those who believe in Christ, because you believed in Jesus Christ.
