The answer to all life's problems is contained in the Bible. If I am not prosperous and are in trouble, I hope that through the Word, it will be resolved and my life will be prosperous. Why was Hezekiah able to live in the grace of prosperity?
First, “Who are you modeling for?” is important.
Do you have any role models in your life? Hezekiah's father, King Ahaz, chose only the things that were detestable in the sight of God. Today's key figure, Hezekiah, was raised under such a father. I grew up watching my father like that. Fortunately, he didn't look like his father. Hezekiah wanted to live like King David, who lived a life pleasing to God. Verse 3 “Hezekiah did what was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father David did” Hezekiah lived a good example of faith and prospered. I hope that we too will become more like Jesus, follow Jesus alone, and lead a prosperous life.
Second, it is important to be conscious of whose eyes you live.
Humans are inevitably conscious of others. Hezekiah did what was right in the sight of the Lord. He has always been conscious of God. Faith is living with the awareness that you are always standing before God. Faith is living consciously that God is watching over you even at this time even when no one is watching. Those who live consciously of God do not just live life. don't live in vain Live earnestly and reverently.
Third, Hezekiah boldly removes the wrong things before God.
He broke the bronze serpent and called it Nehushdan. In the footnote, what does Nehushdan mean? It is said to be a piece of brass. Yes. If there is anything that hinders Hezekiah from serving God completely, no matter how precious others may be, he is nothing more than a piece of brass. Hezekiah's concerns depended on whether God was pleased or not, not whether people valued him or not. No matter how important people may have considered it, if it was something that was wrong before God and was not pleasing to God, it was boldly removed.
Look at verse 5. “Hezekiah relied on the LORD, the God of Israel, and there was none like him among the kings of Judah before and after him.” Here is the secret of life's victory. Live completely dependent on Jehovah God alone. Hezekiah, there has never been a king who relied on the Lord God as much as he did.
If there is my earnest wish, I hope that you all get a lot of blessings. Above all, I wish you spiritual blessings. I hope you are doing well physically. I hope that abundant blessings will come to you in your children's lives as well. Also, I want you to become people that other people respect. However, that blessing is not given to anyone by accident. Blessings come only when Jehovah God the Father, who is the source of blessings, gives us blessings, and we must do things that will bring us blessings.
Through Hezekiah, he made us realize the secret of being blessed and prosperous. I hope that all of you will imitate Jesus, just as Hezekiah imitated David, the master of faith, and decided to live a life pleasing to God. Just as Hezekiah lived consciously of God, I want you to always live your life before God. And just as Hezekiah removed the element of sin, I hope that we will be able to cast away the sin within us and live.
So, just as there has never been a king who relied on Jehovah God like Hezekiah did before and after, even before and after you have loved the Lord as much as you do, and have served the church to the extent that no one loved the church, so that not the corruptive prosperity that is given to the world, but the abundant prosperity God gives In the name of the Lord, I bless you and your family who enjoy it.
