Salvation is not in the forgiveness of sins, but in being born again. If the forgiveness of sins is salvation, then all people under the world must be saved. This is because God completely forgave all the sins of all peoples under the world through the blood of His Son Jesus Christ.
It is written, “And through your seed all peoples under the heavens will be blessed, because you have obeyed my words.” (Genesis 22:18) According to the word of God’s covenant, through Jesus Christ, the descendant of Abraham, all peoples under the heavens We received the blessing of forgiveness of sins together. The proof of this fulfillment is the words of the last proof, "After Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, It is finished." He bowed his head and died" (John 19:30).
Therefore, it is written, “And their sins and their iniquities I will remember no more.” He testified that there is no more sacrifice for sins, since these have been forgiven.” (Hebrews 10:17-18).
Salvation does not consist in the forgiveness of sins. Salvation is a free gift of God given to those who hear the gospel and believe in His Son, Christ Jesus, whom God raised up. It is the same as the words of the evidence that it is written, “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8).
Therefore, the grace of the forgiveness of sins is shared by all people under the heavens, and salvation is a gift from God given only to those who believe. For this reason, the Bible testifies, "Jesus answered and said, Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the nine?" (Luke 17:17) and "Deliver us also from unreasonable and evil men." It is not” (2 Thessalonians 3:2).
The Holy Spirit that believers will receive is another Counselor, the Spirit of truth, sent by the Lord. It is written, “Whoever believes in me, as the Bible says, from his belly will flow rivers of living water.” This was referring to the Holy Spirit who would receive him who believed in him. He said no)” (John 7:38-39).
Those who believe receive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Son, and have the power to become children of God. It is written, “To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were not born of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:12-13). It is the same as the words of evidence. The Bible testifies that people are born again. The saying that a person is born again means that he is born from above.
It is written, “Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Same thing. Therefore, it can be read again, “Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).
That is why Jesus testified, “You are from below, and I am from above; you are of this world, and I am not of this world” (John 8:23). Therefore, those who are not born again (from above) with Jesus who was born from above are not children of God.
