discovering the meaning of the title

“Therefore, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you as well.” (Matthew 6:33)
Today, the most serious anxiety of modern people comes from being aware of the futility of life. The emptiness of life comes from the awareness that one is a natural human being, and that one's existence is always relative. When we realized the inevitable fate of this natural man that all human beings are born, grow up and die, we should have lived there better, we would have looked higher, we would have seen more peace, and all that was left was nothingness. tuck it in. If I make a heroic effort to create my own destiny according to my will, he will also realize that I am living in a world where I cannot control myself. This is because one's abilities are limited, and the surroundings and circumstances do not allow them to do as they please. Both of these things, the plight of fate for natural man, and the relative limitations of man weigh heavily on all of us today.
If you think that life is like this, even if you are young, living a day would be boring, bland, and annoying. Therefore, today's young people are playing at their own pace without a goal or direction. Thus, the foolish people of the modern age, though individualistic, want to keep their lives longer, and the wise people are willing to end their lives by suicide because it is clear that there is nothing much to live for. Even if they have not yet taken their own physical life, mentally, most modern people are already living after suicide. This is because, in a word, modern people have lost the meaning of life. What life means is the reason for that person to live. A person finds a reason to live, lives for that reason, and dies for that reason, and then that person has the meaning of life and death as a person.
The most pressing problem for us today is how to find a reason to live. That is the person's sense of calling. When a person lives on a mission and dies on a mission, that is what makes them happy. However, today's modern people feel a sense of emptiness, not because they do not have a mission. Parents live for their children, the people sacrifice for the country, and some sacrifice their bodies for their lover and some for their business. However, modern people feel futile there because they know that even if they burn my life for it, it is not worth as much as it is worth burning and it cannot be the reward of my life. In other words, children are the exploiters of their parents' happiness, and the medals of patriotism are nothing but mockery of the dead, and their business and its honor are nothing but rags left behind by those who lived and died for it.
The true meaning of one's life, therefore, begins not from there, but from finding the image of the Eternal in one's natural man. In other words, we must find the image of God within ourselves and see the creation of that life. To be honest, I think that from the moment God was sent out from the heart of modern people, he became a man with no sense of flesh and no sense of purpose. Therefore, when man discovers the image of God by having God in him again, and when he examines the will of God, he becomes conscious of the mission that he must be in the world and must fulfill. Therefore, faith in God is accompanied by a sense of mission.
Next, the anxiety and emptiness that comes when humans feel that they are relative is caused by the false concept of freedom. Human freedom is not the freedom to isolate from the neighbor, but the freedom to live with and with the neighbor. In other words, my freedom is the freedom to live responsibly for my neighbor. In other words, it is one's mission to live for one's neighbor. Today, unless you live for others, you cannot maintain and live yourself. Today, if we do not live with the spirit of living together, we cannot live on our own. In a village full of shacks and huts, no matter how high the fences, high-tech security systems, and ferocious Shepherd dogs are, a single wealthy house cannot survive in that village. A person who wants to live well in Korea for generations to come must be a person who lives with the spirit of living well with these people and with these people.
Human freedom is the freedom to live together, not the freedom to kill and trample others and live alone. Humans have been entrusted with a mission from God to take responsibility for and help our neighbors. When a person is aware of this mission and wants to live for this mission, that is why he becomes a person who creates the environment, not a relative being governed by the environment. Therefore, those who live with a mission, even if they suffer and die in order to fulfill that mission, see the creative side of a true human being and live immersed in hope and joy. If he dies for the mission he is supposed to do, he can sing and die while dying. For those who live on fire with the sense of mission they have received from God, there is no place that is not worth any position, and there is no moment that is not worth living at any moment. That is why he lives his life doing his best in every given task.
Beloved, we have a mission to feed these poor and hungry people. We have a mission to make these bare mountains and streams fertile again. We have a mission for freedom and peace in Asia. Our young people have a mission to make Korea the best country in the world. This mission is a holy mission that God Himself has given us. We live with this mission, and if we live or die and die, our situation today is not unhappy, but truly valuable, meaningful, and rewarding.
