Don't judge the title
Title: Do not judge (Romans 2:1-8)
Did you look at the pastoral diary written by the Christian Gazette?
When the farmer asks what you prayed, will the pastor work? will you be a pastor?
said A few days later, the cow devised again and stopped working. I couldn't help but ask the pastor to pray for the cows to work again. The pastor spoke a few words to the cow's ear. Since then, cows have only been happy with their work. When I asked what it was about, he said, “Are you going to be sent as a missionary? Will you work for the rest of your life?” he replied.
We must not take the work of God lightly. Also, we must not take God lightly.
We hope that the precious work of living according to the word of God and enjoying eternal life will come through this text.
They tell you not to judge others.
In a message written by Eugene Peterson
They're falling endlessly into the dark like that, but if you think you're in a noble position to point your finger at them, change your mind. Every time you criticize someone, you are condemning yourself.
Because you are no different. Judging and blaming others is a common tactic to avoid discovering one's own sins and faults. But God is not so accommodating. He sees through all his tricks and says, let's see how you are. Have you ever thought that pointing a finger at someone else could divert God's attention to all the wrongs you've done? Did you think you could escape God's rebuke? Did you think that God is so good that He will just overlook your sins? Then it's better to think completely differently from the start. Yes. God is good. But you are never kind
To say that God is good means to hold our hand and lead us into fundamental life changes.
Don't be fooled by it. Rejecting and avoiding God is all about kindling a fire. The day that fire will finally burn. God's righteous and fiery judgment day is approaching. Don't get me wrong, you will eventually face the consequences of your own making. For those who work on God's side, the true life is a fire for those who insist on living as they please and live an easy life. This will come.
It means never to judge others.
Matthew 7:1-6 speaks of Eugene Peterson's message.
Don't expose people's faults, point out failures, or criticize mistakes, because you don't want to be treated the same way. Criticism will come back to you as a boomerang. Ugly ridicule is easy to overlook.
How can you brazenly say that I will wash your face when your face is contorted with contempt? This is also the mindset of putting on a show in the neighborhood, and pretending to be more holy than others rather than being faithful to one's role. Wipe away the ugly smirk from your face. Then you might be the one to hand the towel to your neighbour.
Don't play with holy things Jokes and foolish things don't honor God Don't downgrade a holy mystery to a slogan Don't downgrade a holy mystery to a slogan while trying to keep up with the times just call the situation.
The word of the Lord is that we do not criticize.
Romans 14:1-4 Eugene Peterson's message
Some know something, so that believers can eat whatever is on the table. Others, on the other hand, may come from a different background and wonder if the believer should be vegetarian only. But both are invited guests to Christ's table.
Wouldn't it be really rude if they accuse each other of what they eat or what they don't eat? Because God invited them both to the table. As guests, do you have the right to remove anyone from the guest list or interfere with God's hospitality? If there are things that need to be corrected and manners that need to be learned, God will take care of it. Even without your help.
Finally, we believe that all judgments are made by God, and we hope that we will not commit sins by judging what God will judge.
