Is Positive Thinking Christian?
1. Introduction
Each of these books I have read differs in their motives for writing, the structure and content of the book, and the weight of the meaning of the book, but they have one thing in common. Whether it is a book about the church, a book about a business, or a book about an individual's personal life, the authors of all these books are the same owners of Positive Thinking. In other words, “people who are actively thinking”.
2. The first model to promote positive thinking
And there are no exceptions in that the cases of people who lead successful and capable lives that are cited in the contents of these books are all <people who live with active thinking>. Although it is not possible to know for sure, I think the model of these books is <The Power of Positive Thinking> by Rev. Norman Vincent Peel, published in 1952. <Positive Thinking> was his lifelong theme.
3. Is positive thinking Christian?
3. <The ability to think positively> is Christian
However, like Jesus who immediately reached out and saved Peter who was drowning in the water, it is true that Pastor Phil's <Power of Active Thinking> is of great help to those who are in great pain right now in real life. In this sense, Pastor Phil's <Ability of Active Thinking> theme can be called Christian.
4. Words that change people's negative minds into positive ones
end. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want (Psalm 23).
I. The Lord is the strength of my life; whom shall I fear (Psalm 27).
All. If it is possible... Nothing is impossible for those who believe (Mark 9:23).
la. Do not let your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me (John 14:1).
hemp. If God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31).
bar. I can do all things through him who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13).
We cannot enumerate all of these words.
5. Closing Story
Over the next few weeks, I would like to meditate on the <Model of Active Thinking> in my life.
