Sermons for Preaching

Just as the title says (January 27)

Content span id="writeContents"> Main text: Genesis 1:1-5

Last week 30 of our students went to India. The children have changed a lot since I went there. Parents love that their children have changed a lot, from what they used to being irritable to, what they didn't like very much before, from being lazy to eating, at least. Then he looks at me and asks.

“How far will the children go?”

I did.

“I will go for a month.”

When you're discharged from the military, people change a bit. When I go to the military, I do well for two months. After two months, it will change back to the old form again. One way or another, people change and live their lives, but there are people who change to a really good figure over time. There are some really sad people. The Bible talks about the changes in people who met Jesus, “Hey, people can change like that.” Even though this is a good story, I can't say Amen.

“Hey, people can be that good.” (Amen)

You can find the story of “Hey, how can a person become such a good person” through the Bible.

God created the universe and today, in Genesis chapter 1, He says, “It was good.” The very center of creation is that which is very good in God's sight. Therefore, God sees all things as good. Ladies and gentlemen, when we become people of God, the world will look so beautiful. People are so good when you have the heart of God. This is what God wants us to be.

As we sinned and were driven down from the Garden of Eden, we came to see this world very unhappily. I became resentful of others. We ourselves, as human beings, have been turning into a bad shape over and over again. When Jesus came to this earth, loved us, and gave up His body to bear the cross, it is in order to change our image into that of the old Garden of Eden. So, if you believe in Jesus, heaven will be in your heart. If you believe in Jesus, you will be happy and others will be happy. Ladies and gentlemen, those who believe in Jesus are destined to change positively.

Everyone, the most important thing is that my life changes depending on how I look at it. If people keep looking bad, the distance goes away. If the distance increases, we will not be able to understand the true heart of that person. I always talk, but when I run into a problem, I keep looking at it and thinking about it over and over again, and I get worried and resentful. If you are immersed in that problem, you will not even see God. Therefore, those who complain and grumble will not even see God in the end. You will be filled with resentment. This is wrong. Originally, the people of God must be in a good appearance, just like the image of God.

Who is a good person, both for yourself and for judging others? They are the kind of people you talk to when you talk about other people. I think the strength of our church members is that they speak good things about others. The people you receive grace from this church, and the people you receive blessings from this church, are those who speak good things about others. Everyone, if we talk kindly, we get closer. Everyone, doesn't love look good? Love makes you look good.

I go to New York, USA to hold a revival meeting, and the pastor stutters a bit. But that wife is the one who studied a lot in America. I'm talking about marrying that pastor, and when we first met like this, maybe the pastor naively stuttered.

“Oh my God, is there anyone who stutters in front of women like that these days?”

I got married against that innocence, but it wasn't pure, I was originally a groping person.

“But Pastor, I was strangely attracted and attracted to the way he stuttered. Others keep saying that my husband stutters, but I still love stuttering.”

So I did. Let's sell....

So you live. So living...

Ladies and gentlemen, how big of a bond is it that we meet each other as a couple among so many people? You meet Hana through a huge competition ratio, don't you see each other getting better and better after meeting each other? We have to compliment each other over and over again as we go through life. It's praising. They say that even whales dance when praised. We are praising it. We live that kind of life.

Jesus created the universe and said, “It was good.” This verse teaches us what lesson we should be living so that we can see others in a very good way, see society, and we can speak well.

Second, God makes all things good. Everyone, looking at the principle of creation today, God makes dark, chaotic, and useless things become light and stars through creation... Amen is the only way to make the stars beautiful and the light beautiful... (Amen) Amen If not, they are people who like the dark. Be a light... (Amen) To make worthless things worthwhile.

When we receive God's grace, an unworthy person becomes a valuable person. In this world, only faith can change people like that. I can't change it to anything else. You can't change people. However, when you receive grace, you can see that people change in a wonderful way.

We talked about Deacon Shin-an Yoon who attended the 2nd service today, but isn’t Deacon Shin-an Yoon a person with a name in our neighborhood? I have some color. Our butler, Shin-an Yoon, is a wonderful person. But now that I believe in Jesus and receive grace, I am a gentle sheep. Today, while I was preaching in part 2, I almost got into trouble because I was about to come out with a popular song while watching Deacon Yoon Shin-an. “I have become a gentle sheep~~”

Third, Jesus is the One who makes all things for us. Anyone who believes in Jesus becomes everything. The first words I gave to you this year were, “Everything you do will work well.” Everyone, those who believe in Jesus will do well. He believed in Jesus and the poorest man, Lee Myung-bak, became president. This is what happens when you live with Jesus in your heart.

We, Mr. Kim Min-ki, are sitting in the choir now, but our family, Mr. Min-ki Kim, is not a good family. I am from rural areas. I came up empty-handed, and while working for someone else's company, I worked diligently and accepted Jesus. It's a shameful story, but when I met Mr. Kim Min-ki, he was a person who couldn't come out even on Sunday because it was a waste to donate. But when Jesus went deep into that heart, I started a business with three machines, and now it has grown into the largest company in our church.

At the last workplace worship service, there is something our Master Mingi Kim said to me.

“God makes me who I am.”

That's it. God is making me who I am. Everyone, why do people who believe in God get frustrated? Why are you disappointed? God is the God who raises us up from the abyss... We just have to believe in that God... Seeing Jesus only when things go well is wrong faith. The faith that can hold on to Jesus in the most difficult times, this faith is the right faith. That faith is what makes you who you are.

This year, our God is making you who you are. If you have the right faith in your heart, God will make it happen for you who pray. Now, let's look at the world in a very good way by becoming like God's heart. Let's take a good look at our people. And let's open up your lips and rate it positively. And God transforms you into a better person. I entrust my personality and all my thoughts to God. That God uses you well. And God makes you who you are. I sincerely hope that you will become victorious this year by holding on to that God. We will pray together.

“Thank you and thank God the Father, thank you for your precious grace that is always with us. Help us to change the world for the better, as God has spoken to us. Help us to see the Church, our neighbors, and all our families, all good in our eyes. God, help us to change for the better. Help me to transform the useless into the useful. Help the unprofitable to become a useful person. God, help those who are struggling. God, make it happen. I earnestly pray in the name of Jesus. Amen."
