Let's Enter the Ark

Genesis 7:1-12
Let's go into the ark.
People see and interpret things in terms of their own understanding. However, faith is about throwing away these prejudices and obeying the Word of God. Take the case of Noah. When God told him to build an ark, he built it. It's been around 120 years. Noah was 480 years old at this time. Did you make it your own? It was made according to the word of God. It was possible because Noah was a righteous and perfect man in his day and walked with God. They listened to God's word and obeyed it.
1. Enter the ark (verse 1)
The ark is not for display or observation. It doesn't end with making it. Made to go in. But when do you come in? Is it a day when the land is flooded with rain and floods? It is sunny and there is no rain, but God tells us to go into the ark. Because the flood is coming soon. If you do not enter, you cannot escape the judgment. It's not something to be embarrassed about. You must go in. 120 years ago, God already warned us.
I will judge the world. He who enters preserves life from the flood, but cannot live without entering. God has told you and all your house to go into the ark. May 30th is Family Mobilization Sunday. It is inviting the family to the ark. It is a day to lead loved ones to the Lord.
People wonder, “Should we go into the ark on a sunny day like this?” But you should go in when the opportunity arises. You have to put everything aside. Entering the ark is a command from God. No choice. The command of grace from the God of judgment to the people who will be saved is to enter the ark.
2. Bring it to you (verses 2-3).
God wants to preserve life. He tells them to bring seven clean animals and two unclean animals. This is not because Noah went hunting. If you obey, God will guide you (verses 8-9). Everything goes to Noah and goes into the ark. The purpose of the ark is to preserve life. Just as the ark floating on water saves life from the flood, the church has a mission to save God's life. The church exists to save. We too must bring them to God. There is a stark difference between the inside and the outside of the ark. The question of life or death is a matter of whether or not the ark is in the ark. The God who saves animals also wants to save the loved ones of the saints as well.
3. There is a fixed deadline (verse 4)
There is a deadline for entering the ark. He said that in 7 days it would rain on the ground for 40 days and 40 nights. It's not just waiting indefinitely. There is an appointed time, and the time will come. So is our life. We have our appointed time. I have to leave someday. Where are you going? Life doesn't go away. It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment. A person's body may be homeless, but the soul is not homeless. What good is it if you cannot gain eternal life and enter the kingdom of heaven? Even if you lose everything, you have to have life. God's time is 7 days from now. Why don't you judge immediately? During this period, it is to bring the beasts and enter each of them into the ark. There is a reason you give us time. To give us a chance to be saved together.
Noah did as He commanded (verse 5). Blessed are those who do as God commanded them. We can live when we obey the word of God. You will receive the land that God gives you (Deuteronomy 4:1). Let's go into the ark. Noah obeyed God's word and took his entire family into the ark. I have a family and I'll go in first, so I can't tell you to lift it up and not to come back. A shelter from the flood is the ark. Who Can Be Saved in the Flood? Those who heard God's word, obeyed it, and entered the ark. There is no other way. Let's go into the ark. The ark that God prepared for us is Jesus Christ. Let's enter the house of salvation together with my family and the whole family.
