Sermons for Preaching

look at the title

1) In the case of Revelation 12, it was a big red dragon (Revelation 12:3).

It was called the dragon, the great dragon, the old serpent, that is, the devil and Satan (Revelation 12:7-9). This guy is the leader of the Red Army.

2) It is a beast that comes up from the sea in Revelation 13:1-10.

It refers to the power of world hegemony with atheism, anti-theism, and atheism as national standards. Today's atheistic communism and its suzerainty and supreme lords will have to be watched closely.

3) The beast that appears in Revelation 13:11-15, that is, the beast that came up from the earth, was called a false prophet (Revelation 16:13, 19:20, 20:10).

This means that the Roman Catholic, Liberal, and other pseudo-So-called Christian groups that have appeared throughout history as a religious leader and his followers will be maids of the beast in the last days.

4) 666, that is, the mark of the beast and the people who receive it (Revelation 13:16-17).

5) Babylon the Great, that is, the great harlot (Revelation 14:8, 16:19, 17:5, 18:10).

2. Contrast the two beasts that are the identities of the Red Christian.

1) There are similarities.

① Both are ruled by a large red dragon.

② Both of them are serving the big red dragon.

③ Both are anti-god, anti-Christian, anti-church.

④ Both are beasts by nature. It is irrational, impersonal, and unbelieving.

⑤ The false means of deceiving people were the same for both.

⑥ Both will receive God's wrath (Rev 19:20, 20:10).

2) There is a difference.

① One of its sources was the sea. It appeared based on the world realm of unbelief.

The other was land. It appeared based on the realm of false churches.

② The shape was different.

The beast that came up from the sea had ten horns, ten crowns, and seven heads, and appeared in the form of a leopard, a bear, and a lion.

But the beast that came up from the earth disguised itself as a meek with two horns, like a lamb.

③ The type of activity is different. The beast that came up from the sea was the rebirth of the beast itself. It was a revival of the power structure.

The beast that came up from the earth caused fire to fall from heaven and made the idol speak.

However, the ultimate purpose of these two beasts was to persecute the church (saints), challenge God, and challenge the reign of Jesus Christ.

3. The difference between true miracles and false miracles must be kept in mind.

1) The source of true miracles is the authority of God. However, false miracles have their source rooted in the power of the great red dragon (Satan) (Revelation 13:12).

2) True miracles work miracles before God. However, false miracles work in the presence of animals and humans (Revelation 13:13).

3) The purpose of the true miracle is theocraticism, and the result is to glorify God, make people believe in Jesus, and bring blessings to the people.

However, false miracles are treacherous and treacherous humanism in their purpose. As a result, they made the dragon worship, made an idol and worshiped it, and deceived the people and led them to destruction. It was given the mark 666.

4. We must keep an eye on the fateful end of those who dwell on the earth.

In Revelation 13, the words “those who live on this earth” and “those who dwell on this earth” appear continuously. They are the general names of these worldlyists (stalwarts, physicalists, and realists), meaning they are those who have been abandoned (abandoned) from God's eternal plan of redemption.

1) They worshiped the beast instead of God.

Revelation 13:8 says, "In the Book of Life of the Lamb that was slain, it has not been written since the foundation of the world, and all who live on this earth will worship the beast."

They have unfortunately become Satan worshipers. It was only after being deceived by those false prophets that they became people.

In Revelation 13:14, it says, “It deceives those who dwell on the earth by performing the miracles which it was given to them before the beast. Unfortunately, they are the ones who fall into Satan's temptations. He was deceived by Satan's miracles and could not receive the miracles of the true cross.

2) They were the ones who made the image of the beast.

In Revelation 13:14, it is also said, "Say to those who dwell on the earth, Make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and came to life."

They have become makers of artificial gods who make false gods that are not Gods. When people hate to have God in their hearts, they see the tragedy of becoming idolaters and idol makers inevitably.

3) They are the ones who receive 666, the ticket of eternal destruction, and receive the confirmation of eternal punishment in this world (Rev 13:16-19).

5. After all, it is clear that the ultimate problem in life is religion.

The variable art of the beast that comes up from the earth (which appears to be dying and then comes back to life) is to be worshiped by the peoples of all the earth.

Revelation 13:3 says, “One of his head was bruised and seemed to be dead, and when his deadly wound was healed, the whole earth marveled, and followed the beast, and they worshiped the dragon, because the dragon gave power to the beast, and worshiped the beast, saying, Who is this? Is it like a beast? Who can fight with it?”

In Revelation 13:15, “… And all who did not worship the image of the beast were to be put to death.”

The first tragedy of the beginning of mankind was the problem of religion, that is, the problem of worship. This is the battle between Cain and Abel.

The last war in human history will eventually come to an end because of a religious war, that is, a war over worship (worship) issues.

God must be the object of eternal glory, thanksgiving, and worship.

6. There is a secret to the victory of saints.

1) The saints do not worship the image of the beast (Revelation 13:15).

Even to the point of death, they do not yield to the question of worshiping God. They are the ones who have made the matter of worship their first tenet of life.

2) The secret of victory is that believers never receive the mark of the beast (Revelation 13:17).

The beast gave 666 to all who dwell on the earth. However, even in danger of being deprived of the right to live, the saints did not receive a mark.

3) Believers have the secret of victory in the wisdom of counting the number of animals (Revelation 13:18).

To count the number of the beast means to know its number, to know the details of the beast's plan, and to be able to deal with the beast's schemes.

It is the wisdom and understanding that the saints have. That wisdom and understanding is the mystery of the cross of Jesus Christ, and the revelation of the Bible in which the mystery is recorded.

Blessed are those who read, hear, and keep what is written for this purpose (Revelation 1:3).

There are many people in the Bible who have counted these beasts.

So was Joseph in the Egyptian Empire (Gen. 41:16, 25, 28).

This was the case with Daniel and the three Hebrew captive boys in the Babylonian Empire (Daniel 1:17; 2:25-45).

So were the wise men (Matt. 2:12).

Such was the case with Peter, James, and John (Matthew 17:1-7).

So was Paul (Acts 9:1-18).

Those who have received God's wisdom and understanding can prevail without perishing even under the power of Satan. Hallelujah !

4) The secret of victory is to have perseverance and faith in the saints.

Revelation 13:10 says, “Here is the patience and faith of the saints.”

The basis of his patience and faith was “the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus.” It was the ‘Word and the Cross’ (Revelation 12:17).

5) The saints are recorded in the book of eternal life and salvation is guaranteed.

Revelation 13:8 says, "In the Book of Life of the Lamb that was slain, it has not been written since the foundation of the world, and all who live on this earth will worship the beast."

Paradoxically, isn't this saying that those who are written in the book of life do not worship beasts?

Let us be thankful that the truth of Revelation is not that the church (the saints) will perish before the beast, but that it will triumph before the beast (red Christ).

After all, the calamities and judgments in the book of Revelation do not belong to the saints, but are not Satan and his followers, those who have received 666?

Therefore, it is not that the plague of seals, the plague of the trumpet, and the bowl are great and serious, but that God's people will gain the final victory in them is a great and important thing.
