Title: Discern the Signs of the Ages!
Today, by borrowing the power of science, life patterns change according to the weather information released by the Korea Meteorological Administration. For example, if it is predicted that it will snow in Seoul today, those who drive vehicles should prepare winter equipment. If the forecast is for rain, bring an umbrella. However, our ancient ancestors said that it would be nice if the sky was red in the evening, and if the sky was red and cloudy in the morning, it would be bad today, so we prepared for rain.
Nowadays, most of everything is lived by borrowing the power of science, so there is nothing that people feel with their senses. As a result, I don't know if there is any convenience right now, but it is an unavoidable reality that people's feelings are dry. If we depend only on the power of science like this, no matter what happens around us, if the Korea Meteorological Administration does not tell us, we will be helpless.
It is said that large ships that almost always live in the sea deliberately raise mice. Since rats have microscopic sensory organs that humans do not feel, it is said that they detect the climate change that will occur in a few days in advance and search for a place to hide. At that time, people saw it and put the ship into a safe place to avoid the storm.
Even these insignificant animals detect climate change in advance and find their own way. However, as humans go on, their senses become more and more dull. I don't know if this is the case because I depend on science for everything today, but at least if there are a lot of clouds, I think we should live by preparing for rain. But these days, people even bother with it.
Thunder, lightning, and lightning strikes people with this kind of thinking, would they blink an eye? In other words, even if God creates certain natural phenomena for the purpose of convincing people of their sins, will humans be able to understand them by seeing them?
Jesus, who came to the land of Israel, saw that the judgment of the people of Israel was imminent and rebuked the leaders of Israel at that time, saying, “You know how to discern heaven and earth, but you do not know how to discern the signs of the times. The coming of the Son of God before them who lived under the law meant that the Israelites would harvest summer fruits.
However, the people of Israel and the leaders did not know the Son of God who had come to harvest the summer fruits. Rather, they called him a heretic who blasphemed God, and threw him out of the city gate to death at the hands of Roman soldiers. If they had read the flow of the times even a little at that time, they would have known why Jesus had come before them at that time. However, they did not know the flow of the times and depended on the law to solve everything, so they had no idea who Jesus was.
So, what is the life of Christians today under the law of the Holy Spirit? In other words, there is no difference at all from the Jews of Jesus' day. Just as back then, if you went to the temple and slaughtered cattle and sheep and offered sacrifices to God, everything was okay.
For Christians today to discern the signs of the times, it can be said that it is better for a cat to guard the fish shop. That is proof that you are not reading the flow of the times. Looking at the extreme weather that is happening all over the world right now, it is clear that there is a message from God. Nevertheless, Christians are struggling to build the Tower of Babel in the world rather than realizing and looking back.
God has placed all things in the midst of all things for the purpose of making man understand. The disasters that are happening all over the world right now are damaging to humans right now, but ultimately, through such events, we can come closer to God.
In October of last year, when a mine in Chile collapsed and 33 people were trapped in a mine shaft, a scene in which thousands of people gathered and prayed to God was delivered to us through TV. Perhaps it also included unbelievers.
Now, we must first understand the reason why God wants to meet humans through these events. At the end of the 2,000-year history of Genesis that began with Adam, God saved only Noah's family through the flood and wiped out all other humans. Also, at the end of the 2,000-year history of Israel, which began with Abraham, he sent his son at the end, leaving those who believe in the path of eternal life and those who do not believe in the path of destruction.
Now, the time has come to end the 2,000-year history of Christianity that began with the early church. Two thousand years have passed and it is already 2011. Christians would like to say that they were all saved because they believed in Jesus, but looking at God's progress in salvation so far, we must not forget that true salvation is always at the end of history. In the history of Genesis, Noah is the savior, and in the history of Israel, Jesus is the savior. So, who is the savior who will come before Christians?
No one knows who the Savior will be before Christians. However, when we look at the Saviors who have come before us, they are all sent by God directly, and that He has given Him the power to save mankind (the authority to forgive sins). If salvation was accomplished through the flesh in Noah's day, we can see that the focus is shifting from the body to the salvation of the soul from the coming of Jesus.
Then, the Savior who will come before Christians is more focused on the salvation of souls. In other words, Christians must be forgiven of their sins in their hearts to achieve salvation. The sin we commit daily in our hearts is self-crime. It is said that only by confessing this sin in person before the Son of God, who comes personally, can the sins be forgiven.
Today, if we want to know the signs of the end, we can easily tell them by looking at the actions of people. Until a few years ago, people adorned themselves with clothes and accessories. However, these days, people are doing full-body plastic surgery by cutting their face off or putting a knife all over the body to see if these things are not enough. It is not an exaggeration to say that human beings are asking for the state of the fall.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the end, but think about it! The inside of a human being is rotten and rotten, but if only the outside is decorated, is that the true face of a human being? How much more do you like the demon that controls the heart of a person when he can't control his heart and only decorates the outside? People don't even know that, you're cool! But if evil prevails, God will no longer see the world. Think of Noah's Flood
We must see this phenomenon and realize that the end is near. And if this phenomenon is added forward, it will increase, and will never retreat. God does not just wipe out humans unconditionally just because evil is pervasive. As in Noah's flood, on the one hand, He is preparing an ark to save them in advance.
For Christians, the final ark of salvation is neither a church nor a prayer house. It is the bosom of the Son of God that God sends before Christians. Those who enter it will receive the forgiveness of sins and find the way to live forever, but those who are reluctant to enter the arms of a son because they say they have already been saved will all go down the path of destruction because their sins have not been forgiven. If it doesn't make sense, look at the results of the Pharisees! - He who has ears shall hear and understand...-
