Recover the joy of overcoming conflict!

Galatians 6:10 "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to the household of faith."
Galatians 5:15 "If you bite and eat of each other, be careful lest you perish one another."
There was a conflict within the Philippian church founded by the Apostle Paul. In particular, the conflict between the two women reached even to Paul, who was far away in Rome. The Apostle Paul said, "I urge Euodia, and I urge Syntyche, to be of the same mind in the Lord" (Philippians 4:2). Conflict is the clash of wounds and wounds. A healthy person hurts less, but when a person with a wound gets hurt, the pain is exacerbated. But not all conflicts are bad. Because conflict can change and grow. How can we restore the joy of overcoming conflict?
First, decide to resolve the conflict. Philippians 4:1 “Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and crown, beloved, stand in the Lord in the same way.” It means 'to keep'. We must not give up easily in the face of conflict and must stand firm in the Lord.
Second, look at conflict through God's eyes. "What does God want to teach me through this conflict? What does he want me to change?' God sees conflict as an opportunity for maturity.
Third, find out the strengths of the other person and maximize them. In verse 1, Paul emphasizes, “Brothers whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, my beloved ones.” Encouragement gives us the strength to rise above the conflict. You have to be a master in finding the strengths of others. Restore the joy of overcoming conflict!
