(Ephesians 2:19-22)
1. We want to be a church that carries on the tradition of faith.
What is a tradition of faith? The church that gave birth to life. The early church was a church that showed its power to save lives more than anything else. To that end, we shared the gospel in close cooperation with each other.
2. We want to be a church that is becoming in the Lord.
There is no perfect church in the world. It is the church of the Lord that continues to do its best for the full ministry of the church and the fulfillment of its mission as a perfect saint until that day when you stand before the Lord, and it is a church where the saints obey the word and are pleasing to the Lord.
3. I want you to realize that the life of an individual saint is also a being that is being built.
The church and the saints are responsible for guaranteeing holiness to each other.

B. 2011 Pastoral Direction
1. Save 153 lives by heating up the passion for salvation and strengthening evangelism work.
2. Let us have a moving worship service that deeply experiences the presence of the Holy Spirit and God's grace.
3. Establish fellowship in Christ and form a community of the Holy Spirit who prays for intercession.
4. Knowing the needs of local communities and neighbors, and serving them with a humble attitude and sincerity.
5. Full-fledged development of gifts and church leadership through training as disciples, ministers, and officers.
6. Activate all small groups including regional meetings to fulfill God's mission.
7. Create a happy family like the Garden of Eden as God designed.
C. Personal Actions in 2011 (153 Life Movement)
1. One believer holds, loves, and serves five lives, and bears fruit for three (evangelism).
2. Pray for the church and the kingdom of God 3 times for 5 minutes every day (Prayer).
3. Read chapter 3 of the Bible for 50 minutes every day and meditate on key verses (Word).
4. Do a good deed once a day, give thanks five times, and praise three people (life).
D. 2011 Ministry Plan
1. Restoration of emotion and dynamism of Sunday worship
1) Planning for open worship: On the first week of every month, a special order is planned with the praise team and worship is held.
2) Special worship planning for feasts and festivals: Baptism and Holy Communion twice, Easter, invitation Sunday twice, Christmas
3) For the resolution and devotion of worship, sing the ‘decision song’ (until the Lord comes again) and receive a blessing.
2. Attempt to characterize the Sunday afternoon worship service
1) Concentrate on worship and praise, and lead the worshipers' joint confession.
2) For a common confession of worshipers, sit down in each community and worship together.
- 1st week of every month: Worship with members of the district, 2nd week: Worship with family
3rd week: Worship with ministers, 4th week: Worship with the guidance of the Holy Spirit
3) For a joint confession, have one team participate in the special song every week, and the team leader

3. Prayer Ministry: Raising the reason for the existence of the saints and the power of ministry
