The God of Healing (2 Chronicles 7:11-16)

Contents

Do you know happiness in black cloth?

The happiness that God has prepared is paradoxical.

That is why God is saying that there are times when God sends us happiness in a black cloth.

There are times when we send a black cloth called hardship, a black cloth called wounds, and sometimes a black cloth called disease. Or, there are times when the black cloth of poverty and the black cloth of failure contain treasures that we cannot imagine and send them to us.

In Acts 10, we can see that Peter had a vision while praying at Simon's house, where he was buried. At that time, a cloth fell from heaven, and inside it was unclean things, creeping things,

And I hear a voice telling me to eat it. At that time, Peter replied, “I do not eat unclean food,” and does not eat it, but God shows God’s promise to provide salvation to the Gentiles through the cloth.

Also, you can see that God allows people with dreams to ride the chariot called 'hardship'

There is.

In Genesis 37, we know that the dreamer 'Joseph' rides the chariot of suffering when he goes down to Egypt.

There is.

His colored clothes were crushed, his body thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, and enslaved in Egypt.

After 11 years and 2 years of imprisonment, he became the prime minister of Egypt.

In other words, we can see how God was with Joseph in black, made him prime minister, and saved the nation of Israel.

Before entering today's text, if we look at 2 Chronicles 3, King Solomon, who succeeded David as king,

First, we can see that God's temple was built on 'Mount Moriah', where Abraham sacrificed his only son Isaac as a burnt offering.

And the reason why the temple was built here is that the temple cannot be built without tears...

It is more that the establishment of our Jumanjeil Church was built with the tears, sweat, and sacrifice of many saints.

There will be no need to say.

Also, in 2 Chronicles 4, God tells us to make precious holy things that cannot be measured to be used in the temple and equip them with the elements. And looking at today's text, Solomon finished all these things and prayed to God, and then God's answer came.

In particular, the text shows what God has done.

First of all, God knows our hearts.

King Solomon and Hwang built the temple well over a long period of 7 years. And I prayed to God.

2 Chronicles 6:41 “Arise, go in, O LORD God, and dwell in your resting place, with the ark of your power, O LORD God, I pray that your priest may be saved.

And let your saints rejoice in grace."

Then the glory of God filled the whole temple.

2 Chronicles 7:1 "When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the house."

Then, at night, God appears and speaks to Solomon.

That's verse 12. "The LORD appeared to Solomon by night and said, "I have already heard your prayers, and I have chosen this place for my sacrifice."

In other words, God knew the heart of 'King Solomon', the servant of Jehovah who was toward God.

In other words, God knows our hearts. He predestined our path.

Please believe that you are hearing our prayers.

I have seen in the news that 'President Roh Moo-hyun' made a surprise visit to the 'Zyton Soldiers' dispatched to Iraq, as if comforting their family's heartbreaking heart.

How anxious and uneasy were the hearts of the families of the soldiers dispatched to the field?

But when the president makes a surprise visit, the soldiers rejoice and hug

It was hit all over the media. Why would the soldiers be so happy? they are unanimously

Isn't it because the president knows their uneasy feelings?

Likewise, God knows our hearts more than anyone else.

Please believe that He predestined our path and is listening to our prayers.

So, look at verse 15 of today's text.

“I will lift up my eyes and give my ears to the prayers of this place.”

Please believe that we know our hearts right here at this time.

This is the heart of God.

I believe in this and you and I will always be victorious in anything.

Also, God solves our problems.

In other words, God not only knows our problems, but He also solves our problems.

Look at verse 14, “If my people, who are called by my name, humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins and

Heal the land."

Here, 'my people who are called by my name' are those who believe in God.

To such saints, God promised not only to know the problems of the people but also to solve them.

And in order to receive these blessings, He tells us to first turn from the evil way.

This means that if you are doing something wrong, you should stop doing it. It is to repent, make a decision, and live a new life. What is to be discarded is to be thrown away and what to be liquidated is to be liquidated.

He also tells you to humble yourself. That is, we must exalt the name of God, but we ourselves

Being humbled before God is the secret to getting our problems resolved.

Such a God will "heal the land" Amen- Please believe.

Dear all!

We hope that God will heal us all.

He heals our homes.

He heals our children's future.

He also fixes financial problems.

He also heals all my circumstances.

He also heals diseases. do you believe Amen-

Are there any believers who have come out with difficult problems right now?

But believe in God and rejoice in God alone.

The prophet Habakkuk said in Hab 3:17-18, “Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, though there are no cattle in the stalls, I rejoice in my salvation

I will rejoice in God."

Even those who are sick, poor, lonely, and live life without meaning, look to Jesus Christ. Believe in God and go forward. He will heal us, He will restore us.

They will solve the problem for you.

Finally, God is in charge of us.

Verse 16 says, “For I have chosen the former, and have sanctified it, to be here in my name.

for everlasting; my eyes and my heart will always be here."

That is, God is in charge.

It is a promise that God's eyes and heart are always looking at us, and that he will not only protect us, but also take responsibility for us.

Isaiah 41:10 "Do not be afraid, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yea, I will help you.

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isn't that a promise?

To go to that revival meeting, I had to go several miles from Pyongyang. But on the second day of the revival meeting

A telegram came in the morning. The story is about the death of the third son.

So, I remember the names of the first and second sons I had lived in, but the third name was

When I went to a revival meeting in Zhongji, China, my son died and I put the box containing my son's bones in my inn room and finished the meeting.

It will be a blessing.'

There is a story about returning to Pyongyang after a happy ending. The crusade is the crusade of tears of grace

Not only did it become a crusade, but it is still being told as a story that serves as a great example for younger pastors to this day.'

Like this, when people take on their responsibilities, it becomes a blessing, and the living God protects us even more.

I hope you believe in the Lord.

So the psalmist

Psalm 121:8 “The Lord will guard your entrance and exit from now on to everlasting.”

Deuteronomy 11:12 “This is the land that the LORD God recommends, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

The eyes of the LORD your God are always upon him."

At this hour God is watching us, hearing our prayers and healing us.

You will solve our problems. I also congratulate you on believing that you are responsible for us.

I sincerely pray for God's grace and blessing to heal you during this time.
