Two things you need to heal
1. Invite Jesus
In the text, there is a miracle of the Lord raising the son of the king's servant from a deadly disease. That miracle is the second of Jesus' seven miracles in the Gospel of John (verse 54). How did that miracle happen? The invitation of Jesus by the king's servant was the first step in healing (verse 47). Inviting Jesus is an act of confessing that the Lord is not the master of your life, but the Lord is the one who gives you healing.
Occasionally I see people spraying flyers to advertise that they are a servant with healing powers. First of all, beware of such people. Most shepherds have a lot of experience in taking a leading position in the field of miraculous healing. Still, most don't advertise the experience. That selfless attitude is important. The source of healing is seeking the Lord with a pure heart. If we look to the servant of power rather than the Lord, the Lord's healing cannot be seen.
Power is revealed only through sincere faith in wanting to do God's will. Healing is not something a servant who has the power to give when he wants and wants. Miraculous healing is given by the “Lord,” not by the “Servant of the Lord.” After all, healing without true faith is not real healing. Miraculous healing only occurs in the field of worship and prayer where the Lord is exalted.
2. Believe the words of Jesus and go out
When the Lord said to the king's servants, "Your son lives!", the king's servants believed the Lord's words and went away (verse 50). His faith is pure faith given by God without thin calculations. God sees that faith. The calculated belief that people only believe with their lips after being told that they will be healed if they believe is different from the faith God has given them. Don't believe calculatively just because you believe you will be healed, but pray for the sincere and pure faith that God has given you.
The other day, there was a mother of a saint who died of a brain hemorrhage. I've been in a coma for more than two weeks and the doctor says there's no hope anymore, so the family has already made up their minds. Then I went to the hospital where he was and held three worship services. It turned out later that he never remembered those three services. However, even in a coma, he unconsciously praised and said, “Amen!”
What human calculation was there in that unconscious confession? That confession at that time must have been the purest confession of faith that could come from a human soul. That confession was accepted by God. I finally woke up from a coma. And so far, I have dedicated myself to God and have been living well. What caused his healing? Pure faith in his own Lord is an important source of the miracle of healing.
No healing servant is powerful enough to let the miracles of healing manifest itself at will. Healing must be left entirely to God. Just as the door of blessing opens when you are ready to be blessed, the door of healing opens when you are ready to be healed. What if there is no healing despite earnest prayer with pure faith? Still, you must believe that you have already received precious blessings by having a deep encounter with God while praying in faith. Even the result set by God like that, “Amen!” Belief that you can do is real faith.
Don't be skeptical of your faith when your prayers are not answered or your prayers are delayed. Even the apostle Paul, who was a wonderful healer, prayed three times earnestly for his disease to be healed, but God allowed the disease to go away. It was so that he could continue to look humbly toward the Lord and live. When you show your faith that you thoroughly follow God's will and providence for all results, the possibility of miraculous healing and blessings increases significantly.
Do you need some miraculous history now? Are you sick and there is no hope of getting better, your business is so difficult that you are desperate, and what barriers and obstacles in your family are there and you have no hope of breaking through them? At that time, I invited the living Lord into my heart, prayed earnestly with pure faith without calculation, and thoroughly obeyed God's will and providence, saying, "Amen!" and go out Then there will be providential grace beyond healing and healing.
