Title: Things Inside a Man!
We often judge people by their outward appearance, saying, “That person is a good person or that person is a bad person.” That's why everyone works hard to show that they're good. Everyone wants to be told that they are a good person. As a result, a person who works to help others cannot continue to do so. This is because if you quit, what you had been recognized for as a good person up until then will go to waste overnight. That doesn't mean they're wrong though. To put it bluntly, it is.
These days, a person named Kang Ho-soon is heating up the media every day because of the serial murder. But looking at his appearance, he doesn't seem like a person who would commit such a terrible thing at all. Tall, handsome, and living as an innocent young man who feeds cattle in the countryside, who could have identified him as a serial killer? Therefore, it is said that even the people in the neighborhood where he lived are tongue-in-cheek at the idea that he is a serial killer.
We often refer to people who have jobs in which “sa” is included as the best intellectuals. Therefore, such people are exemplary figures in society. I also consider them to be people who will never do anything bad. But they are all people just like us. It's not that they don't do bad things. However, the crimes they commit are highly intelligent crimes, so they just don't come out of the world. When ordinary people commit murder and decorate newspaper pages, they are killing themselves in an invisible place. Therefore, at first glance, a criminal who kills a person may appear to be much more brutal, but in fact, invisible murder is much more terrifying.
There is nothing here other than believers. In Matthew 15, the conversation between Jesus and the Pharisees, who were the most diligent in their religious life at the time, is recorded. The gist of the conversation was, on the part of the Pharisees, 'Why do you eat bread without washing your hands and feet when you eat bread according to the tradition of the elders? I gave them to make them aware of their uncleanness)' Then Jesus rebuked them again, 'Why are you transgressing the commandments of God with your traditions?'
He said, “If anyone says to their father or mother, ‘It is given to God that I will offer for good, you have no respect for your parents, so you abolish the word of God through your traditions.” If we translate it directly into Korean, it means that we don't have to look after our parents because we donated to the church by faith today and were loyal. But this is terribly wrong.
The original will of God is that those who honor their parents will honor God, and those who honor God will honor their parents. But, like the Pharisees, those who speak of faith only with their mouths believe that if they do well in front of God unconditionally, they do not need to honor their parents. How can he who does not honor his parents whom he has seen, how can he honor the God whom he cannot see? that is. Even today, when it comes to church work, there are many people who do not even know what to do, but they do not even prepare dinner for their husband who leaves work late at night and are immersed in church work. This is not to say that church work should be neglected. It should not be biased towards either side.
Today, those who wear a high-quality coat of arms always pretend to be holy on the outside, but on the inside they are already rotting and smelling rotten. However, because of the thick makeup disguised as lines on the outside, people are still unable to smell the smell. Why can't they be more honest in front of people? The armor they wear makes them cover themselves with even darker makeup. At that time, even the Pharisees did not want to reveal their lies because they were holy.
Today, Jesus tells us a wonderful message. “It is not what goes into a man's mouth that defiles him, but what comes out of his mouth defiles him.” Yes. At that time, the Pharisees thought that eating without washing their hands and feet would defile people. But He does not defile the person who enters into the mouth of a person, but says that what comes out of the mouth is more defiled.
As I mentioned briefly above, today we see people who do bad things in the eyes of people as bad people. But worse than that, people who are committing crimes are worse off when people don't see them. People who have been exposed to a crime may even be arrested by the police and the crime may be temporarily stopped.
But in their hearts, all of them are already committing adultery and murder, but they pretend to be holy, pretend to be good, and pretend to be hypocrites, so why are they doing this? You may deceive people right now, but in the presence of God, everyone will have to confess their sins. At that time, I am already worried about what other people will say. In order to solve the problems of those who live like this, God sent His Son to the people of Israel who live under the law and also to the spiritual people (now Christians) who live under the Holy Spirit today.
However, most of the people of Israel living under the law claimed their holiness, but did not believe in the Son God had sent to the end, and most went to destruction. Now it is the turn of the spiritual people who have received the Holy Spirit. God will send His Son in front of them without fail, and I wonder how many Christians today will come out believing in His Son.
As seen in the example of the Pharisees, even today, those who realize their sins because their hearts are corrupted will come to the Son in order to solve their problems, otherwise those whose hearts are raised with courage will never come to the Son. obviously it won't Through this, their faith will be revealed in a hundred days, and the judgment of separating wheat and chaff will already be carried out by the Son on this earth.
